Air stopped working the other night! Googled hvac companies near me that were reasonable and honest! Nguyen’s had great reviews and sounded just like what I was looking for. Called him first thing this morning got a callback not too long after-James was here by 1:30pm -diagnosed and fixed the problem and with a great price to boot! I sure wasn’t expecting that. I would definitely use him again and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!!!!
Shady! This guy only stands by his product for one year! My unit holds a 5 year warranty and failed just after a year. They want to charge me for labor and parts. Parts and labor are covered under the 5 year warranty. Currently being reported to the BBB.

I recently called James and couldn't have been happier about the outcome. He even came a couple days earlier than we originally planned and instead of telling me I needed a whole new AC unit he was able to test what was wrong and fix the underlying issue saving me lots of money. I only wish I called him sooner for all my other repairs in my house but he will be my go-to guy for now on! His communication and professionalism was also top notch which I really appreciated it! Installed the new heater very professionally, kept me informed of when the heater would be installed, how it would be installed and their progress during installation. They reviewed the installation, maintenance that would be required, and how everything worked. Very satisfied

James came out to my property twice. Once for a boiler replacement estimate and then boiler maintenance. Both times James was very helpful and answered my questions in detail. Even after my appointments, he kept answering my questions! He really helped me understand my unit better. Will keep using this company for their fair prices and overall excellent experiences I have had!
Very professional and with great value. Used James on a number of projects including brand new Hvac installation and maintaining older boilers. I’m always confident about his level of expertise but always remain more than fair in price.
I can't rave enough about Nam and Dave. Our HVAC system gave out in the middle of a heat wave. We were scared that we would have to wait weeks .. After reading all the glowing reviews, I called up Nyugen's HVAC and could not be more pleased. They were able to come out the next day to assess the situation. More importantly, they were completely transparent and did not throw you any sales pitch/curve balls - they showed me exactly what is wrong with the unit, and, after fixing it, give me tips on how to extend the lifetime of your products - I'm so grateful for their business. I highly recommend them, and plan to utilize their services for years to come.
I am so thankful that a neighbor recommended Mr. Nguyen. He helped me understand the HVAC and ancillary systems in my new home, gave me tips on how to maintain them and optimize their performance, and then when I had a problem one evening he was kind enough to help me problem-solve it over the phone. Responsive, professional, honest service can be hard to come by, so Mr. Nguyen is a rare find!
I was in need of a new A/C and noticed the consistently high ratings Nguyen's HVAC Services had received on a popular home services website. I contacted them for an estimate, which turned out to be quite reasonable, and eventually chose them to do the work. I was not disappointed. From start to finish, James and his team were excellent - extremely responsive and punctual, exceedingly friendly and professional.

Jim Nguyen replaced our ancient heater/air conditioner with a top of the line high-end brand. He did it for the lowest price, was really fast and neat, and was obviously very skilled technically. The whole job took less than a day. You could hardly tell that this huge job was going on in the basement. Of all contractors and repair people we have ever had, this was our best experience. A very skilled and honest person!
Our AC unit broke in the middle of a recent heat wave. We called Nam on a Saturday morning and he arrived at our house just hours later to assess the situation and confirmed what we suspected...the unit needed to be replaced. Early that Monday morning, he and his crew arrived to install a new HVAC system. Nam took the time to explain everything and before the end of the day the new unit was in and running. Our experience with Nguyens HVAC services was stellar. Nam and his crew were thorough and professional. Pricing was very reasonable as well.
