Jason was excellent in explaining what was wrong with my Heating going over all the details and making sure everything was done right and I was pleased I would recommend him for any repairs on your air-conditioning and heating systems. He was very punctual and organized would have no problem, recommending him, or calling him from my own services again
Jason rearragned his whole schedule to come take a look at my unit. Once it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced, he was not pushy trying to sell me something. He offered solutions that worked for me and pushed me to get other quotes as well. He was at the house for a little over 1.5hrs and only charged a small fee to look at the unit. I will be using Jason from here on out for any HVAC problems I have and highly recommend him.

Jason was awesome to work with and would highly recommend to anyone that needed help with their HVAC system. My thermostat was not communicating with my HVAC units (Heat or A/C), so I called Jason to come check it out. He came out the next day to check it out and gave me a full diagnosis. He went above and beyond in fixing my HVAC problem and optimized the whole system, so that I get maximum comfort but also reducing the stress put on the HVAC system.

Jason is very knowledgeable and through with is work. He was prompt to answer his call and was available to help me at couple of hours notice. He does a great job at explaining what the issue so that a regular chap like me can also understand what he will be fixing. Highly recommend him for HVAC needs, he is a very reasonable with his pricing and will recommend a fix that your system needs and not just ask you to replace the whole thing.
Jason was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. He was at my house working till 11:00 PM to ensure that my AC was functioning properly.
He showed up for an emergency repair during an event at our home on short notice. Even though we were anxious to get it resolved, he didn’t take advantage of our situation with excessive charges. I would highly recommend him to others.

Called Jason after he was recommended by a good friend. A big local HVAC company quoted me significantly more and recommended I replace both AC systems, which were only 5 years old. Jason assessed the issues and recommended a much better and more cost effective path forward. He was extremely responsive, detail-oriented and professional. Did a fantastic job and will use him going forward for all HVAC maintenance and issues. Could not recommend any more highly.

I would not hesitate to recommend Nguyen Services LLC for gas line and HVAC replacements, repairs, service or anything else he does.
If you value craftsmanship, rather. than techs that spend most of their time trying to sell you add-ons, then Jason is the air conditioner specialist for you. He is professional, not only fixes problems but finds ways to improve system efficiency all at fair prices.
