As we’ve stated before, Greg is Excellent! 4th Preventative Maintenance with our system. Highly Recommend to all customers looking for a professional.
Greg responded to our service request the same day we called. (We had been told by a technician from the company we purchased our system from that the condensor wasn't operable, so he could do nothing for us,) Greg examined the condensor and, to our shock and outrage, he explained why the service couldn't be completed. There were three cuts/gashes into the freon line which completely disabled the AC functionality. Greg left and returned the next day with freon, tools, etc. and attempted to repair the line. In only a few hours he had completely repaired the line. He tested the system and it was working perfectly well. His repair cost was $1,640. Had we gone with our former HVAC company's recommendation we would have had to purchase a new condensor for $6,000 or more. When you find a contractor who is ethical, technically skilled, a comfortable and capable communicator, you run for your address book. If you're frustrated with the HVAC company you're using now you can do yourself a big favor and put NextGen Heating and Air to the test. I assure you it will be the best decision you make that day.
I needed to replace my central heating and air. I found Nextgen online and am so happy I called them. The owner, Krikor, made and appointment to come out to give me a free estimate. He talked me through everything. He made me feel comfortable knowing that I had called a very experienced company. We agreed on the price and selected dates. The installation went very smoothly. His team of installers were knowledgeable and very polite. After three days of hard work, everything is working very well. The job is complete. They cleaned up and took away the old unit and trash. I am very happy with Nextgen and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Krikor and Nextgen!
Greg is the best, always so professional and working hard. Never late, and always diagnosis the problem and repairs it quickly and thoroughly. Priced fairly and definitely a vendor that we can trust. He is a preferred vendor of ours and handles four of our properties.

Greg is legit a great professional. He was able to come the very next day when my air conditioning went out during the crazy SFV heat wave. I was able to book my appointment online quickly and efficiently. He was prompt and quickly got my house back to being cool, literally. His pricing is reasonable and well worth it. Will for sure contact him again when needed. I have also referred him to my neighbors as well. Thank you.
