Farshid diagnosed my AC system and found there were leaks in my outdoor condenser unit. He then replaced it with a new unit. Farshid was responsible and he got the job done professionally.
Farshid and his team are top notch, professional, and know exactly how to fix your HVAC issues. We had a major issue of lack of ventilation in a new home since it’s energy efficient (aka air tight), and we had high C02 levels in our basement where our bedrooms are located. We had several HVAC companies come out to diagnose the issue, but only Farshid was able to solve the issue with an easy and inexpensive solution. I highly recommend Farshid and his team for any HVAC needs!
We were extremely pleased to have selected Newton HVAC Inc. to replace one of two furnace and air conditioning systems in our home. The owner Farshid himself did the installation together with his assistant Anil, and their work was expertly and conscientiously done. The air conditioning is running smoothly now (we will be firing up the furnace soon). Farshid was easy to communicate with, gave us a good price for the install compared to others, and followed through on the schedule he promised. His company is still relatively new but I highly recommend it to anyone needing HVAC work.

I called Newton HVAC on a Sun with a no cooling distress call. Surprisingly, I received a response shortly and a technician was at my house in Milton on Mon, the next morning at 8:30. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Professional, courteous and knowledgable. Life saver. Thank you
I had an emergency and called Newton Hvac. Farshid returned my call promptly and went out of his way to visit me after hours to accomodate my urgent air conditioning situation. For ever grateful for the responsiveness as well as the great remediation... highly recommended.
