This morning (May 29th 2023) Patrick came to repair my A/C because it was blowing warm air. He came during the time frame he gave me. He checked it out and within minutes told me and showed me exactly what was causing the problem. He replaced the part and the A/C began to blow cold instantly. I definitely recommend Patrick. He was professional and knowledgeable.

This is a one person business. This guy came out because of our home warranty and when I tried calling the number to leave a voicemail he answered and gave me attitude for calling late around 10pm. He didnt have to answer and also he texted the day before at 8pm and 9:45pm, so what is his problem. He needs to get his priorities straight. Also, no business hours listed or website. He lied about how long he's been in business as well. Who uses a personal number as a business number. Wow get a business phone number and some business hours. I thought this was like every other HVAC company which is 24/7 calling.
NewGen came to the rescue and was able to get our unit up and running! They immediately found the problem and had our house cooled down shortly after they arrived. Very impressed with their work and service!! Highly recommend!!!

This company went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to spend another day in the heat. Not to mention the next day follow up to make sure the work he did was still functioning. This goes to show that good work and professionalism is still alive and well. Thank you for all your hard work
Outstanding and timely service along with great value and honesty. Not much more I could ask for. Will be definitely be using their services annually as I’ve been looking for consistency for a few years now in the valley. Easiest folks to work with also which was a huge plus side!
