The team was very diligent and made an extremely good job, installing a cooling and heating system in my very an old house. The situation was tricky because there was very little space to install ducts and pipes, a lot of companies turned off the job. But new vision accepted it and finished on time. I am very happy with their prestation.
I called the number, it goes to a customer care executive and they take all your information and then you never get a call back!! Not just once but 3 times over a period of several months. The only reason I call them first is because of their sticker on my appliance that says "I might have an extended warranty". I moved into this house an year back. Still waiting to hear from them.
First Quality work on many different systems, new electrical panel, generator install electric service to garage for EV charger and install charger. Boiler repair, radiator valve replacements, HVAC upgrade.
Eyal and his team are very responsive and professional. They installed 5 mini splits in our older home and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!

The Most professional guy you will meet in your life, I promise!! Also most important, the most honest. If you want to know why something went wrong he will explain it to you so you understand. Just a first class company!! He traveled over an hour and a half to fix our problem. Well worth having this company take care of your issues!!!!!
Excellent experience with New Vision. They were one of the few certified Fujitsu servicers in the area for my mini-split. They were able to come out the same day I called to take a look at the issue. The technician was very knowledgable and explained everything to me. He was also fully masked up and practice safe COVID protocols. Ultimately, he diagnosed several issues from the original installation and was able to fix the same day. The service was a tad bit expensive but I felt super confident that I was getting excellent quality for the service. The technician even warrantied the work for a year! Overall, I would definitely use this company again.

During these crazy times finding a good contractor is very hard. Eyal and his team arrived on time and promised not to leave my house until my new system was completely installed. 14 hours later I had my system in place and working. New vision electric restored my faith in humanity.
New Vision did not apply for permits as promised, causing issues when we went to sell our house 5 years later. Then they were unresponsive and didn't handle promptly. Terrible customer service!
A big company came out, misdiagnosed the problem with our AC unit, put in Freon, and charged us for a job that didn’t repair the unit, since it stopped working again 2 days later. The big company told us that if their repair didn’t work we would need to buy a new system and they said they would send us a quote. We called a friend to find us a company who would see if there was anything else we could do before buying a new unit. She told us to call New Vision. Eyal said he wud come out in the evening. He quickly found the problem. He removed all the Freon the other company had put in, which would have destroyed the unit and he fixed the small electrical issue, which the other company totally missed. He is knowledgeable, explained to us in detail about what he did, and was sincere about charging us only for what we needed. We will gladly refer him to anyone who needs air conditioning service!
They came and fix my Air Conditioner just like that!! with in 10 minutes. I liked there positive attitude to save my money. But, They spend more than an hour to checked the whole compressor unit very detail. Thanks
New Vision, quickly showed up after I contacted them to check on our air conditioning system. They addressed the issue and saved us thousands of dollars over other companies that had given us misleading diagnoses and inflated estimates. Honest and very knowledgeable. Really competitive pricing.

These guys were great, start to finish. I had a leaking water heater in East Brunswick that was flooding the house - the guys from New Vision arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered all of my questions, replaced my hot water heater for a great price, and even spoke to my homeowner's insurance on my request to answer their questions. Five stars, definitely recommended.
