Gabriel just installed a new unit in our home in buckeye. When he first came out he diagnosed the issue right away. We had others come and diagnosed the problem but they weren’t quite truthful about the whole situation. We had a couple more companies come And give estimates, trying to do our due diligence, but Gabriel’s quote and honesty was to good to turn down. Ordered the new unit and scheduled the install. Once he was on site it was discovered that the new curb was fabricated incorrectly, but Gabriel and his crew fought through it and the install was a success. We now have a new unit and I would totally recommend him and new vision for any of you HVAC needs!
Gabriel was great! It’s so hard to find an AC repair company that is as honest and humble as this man and his business. He is passionate about what he does - clearly visible. He’s very knowledgeable and explains clearly to you what the problem is. Another huge plus is that he won’t overcharge you like most companies do! Others would arrive to a problem like ours and off the bat want to charge you over 1K and say it has a million problems. HIGHLY recommended Gabriel. We called today and received same day service. Thank you Gabriel! We will definitely be using you in the future and referring through word of mouth.
My AC broke down last year and the company that serviced it previously said they would call me in 15 minutes. I waited 45 then I got Gabriel's name from a friend and called him and Gabriel was on his way to my house before the other place called me back. In summer fast response is a must! Gabriel was at my house and had my old AC running in less than 3 hours, even leaving to get a part. We talked about my old unit and he told me it would get me thru the rest of the summer, but it wouldn't make it thru another summer without more parts. So I started to think about getting a whole new unit, AC and air handler. When I made up my mind I went straight to Gabriel. He came out in February and did a survey of my current equipment, as well as the size of my house and my needs and use. He made suggestions and answered all my questions, and some days later after the quote because I thought of more. The price I paid was less then the big guys wanted to charge for the same unit. We also got the order in shortly before copper prices went up. The install was in March and Gabriel took his time and did it right. The new system works great. Gabriel followed up a week later to see how things were and again a month later when the temperature started to go up. Gabriel is well informed and customer orientated. I will never go anywhere else for AC service.
Gabriel did a great job repairing my AC. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He was very patient and took the time to explain the problem and repair. He also provided valuable warranty information as my AC is not very old. I would definitely use him again and recommend to others!
