I have called New Phase Comfort several times to make a service request, and I still haven't received a return call. I called One Hour and immediately talked to an agent. I had a service representative out the same day, and a new HVAC unit installed and working the next day.
Our 30 year old furnace blew this spring and we were introduced to New Phase through our home warranty. AJ and his team came out the next business day to determine the furnace needed replaced, and within a week were back to install (slight delay due to the home warranty company, and to get the new furnace in stock). We did have a leak in the old pipe after install, but again, AJ was able to come out the next business day to repair the pipe and get us back up & running. AJ could quite possibly be the nicest, most polite HVAC professional in the game. Thanks for your help, New Phase!
Without going into details for purposes, this company has engaged in deception and lying. This is a big red flag. I notice majority of reviews are excellent and some are on the other extreme. Choose this business at your own peril: You may have excellent experience- but you may also have a lousy one
The only reason I give a one star is because you have to give something. This business lies about not being able to repair only because he wants to sell a new one. Plus the young man who works for them was very nice, but I could tell that they aren't treated very nicely. Stay away from this company unless you want ripped off
Can’t recommend this company enough. They returned my call within an hour or two and got someone to my house that same day. So professional, and fixed my issue quickly. 10/10.

I don’t typically write reviews, but wanted to take an opportunity to highlight this company. AJ and his team displayed professionalism, knowledge, and were extremely punctual in helping me with my heating system. They came out same day, within hours, of my call to repair the furnace. They took the time to walk me through every step they took in fixing the furnace and ways to potentially fix issues that may arise in the future. AJ was able to work around my schedule and had a wealth of knowledge to share. It can sometimes be difficult to find a reliable and knowledgeable HVAC team you can trust. I would highly recommend AJ and his team for your hearing and cooling needs and look forward to working with them again in the future.
I’ve used New Phase twice thru our home warranty company, and both times have received EXCELLENT service from AJ and his team. Their communication was outstanding, and they always arrived on time or earlier than they promised. AJ has over 26yrs of experience, and it really shows with the quality of work they deliver. These days it’s very difficult to find service provider that you can trust, and that offers fair pricing. I will be sticking with New Phase for ALL my HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them! A++ EDIT: I saw a couple of reviews that were less than 5-stars on here – I can almost guarantee that any issues these customers had were with their home warranty company and NOT with New Phase. New Phase has gone the extra mile for me both times, and I’ll be a lifelong customer. I will always support local business over these big franchises that don’t really care about their customers.
I had a brand new AC installed last July. It took several weeks for them to get it installed in the middle of summer - not a great experience. Three weeks ago, it started freezing - still in warranty. I called and left a voice mail but never received a return call. I called again and got an answer from AJ who asked me to text him my information and he would let me know when would have someone come out and look at the AC. I immediately texted him and have texted him several times since. I have called several times and left several messages. I have even tried calling from a different phone number. Nothing. It is incredibly hot. This is terrible service, a horrible experience, everything about New Phase has been terrible from the beginning. Stay away!!!
They were on time, gave me a small window of time they would show up so I wasn’t waiting all day. The technician, I believe his name was Dane, was very quick, thorough and he was helpful with understanding our unit as well! I will definitely use New Phase Comfort Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs.
Ajay was polite with excellent customer service and good manners! He did a little re-arranging of customers so he could help us sooner rather than later. He ended up having to order a part, but got our AC working again within 2 days! I highly recommend this company! Thank you again Ajay!!
Company started off well but ended up just like the others Won't return calls or anything
There are not to many HVAC companies that are willing to take the time and explain to you what is going on with your units. Luckily, for me I found a great...no fantastic company that did just that. Ajay (the owner) and his son came out and serviced my A/C units, changed the filters and added refrigerant to both units. They both were so kind and friendly and explained to me that everything should be operating smoothly. His prices were reasonable especially since he had to fix someone else's mistake. I will be using them in the future for all my HVAC services. So happy I found this company.
They were sent via my home owners warranty. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would hire direct.

AJ was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain, without making me feel like an idiot. Being a new home owner, he helped put my mind at ease about the hvac concerns I was having. Very professional. Would definitely use again.
Ajay went above and beyond the required service. He worked with me dealing with my Home Warranty -American Home Shield who were incompetent. Took two weeks too long and had to deal with incorrect shipping locations and wrong part ordered. Ajay answered my calls everytime and was very patient dealing with my frustration. He remained on top of the issues until resolved doing way more than warranted. I would highly recommend this company for services rendered, excellent customer service and professionalism.
Some glitches along the way dealing with repair and slow moving home warranty company. AJ was always responsive and ultimately moved quickly on replacing my system once approved by the warranty company. Him and his crew were professional, kind and efficient.

Quick, knowledgeable, and polite. The technician diagnosised the issue quickly and resolved my problem. He was polite, honest and had a great personality. New Phase Comfort Heating and Cooling is who I want when I have an issue with my heat or air.
