New Heating and Cooling came out on June 14th, 2023 and replaced my kitchen faucet, cleaned out the drains in my bathroom sinks and replaced the stopper on one of the bathroom sinks. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. Austin and Cal also do many checks to make sure everything was satisfactory before they left and to make sure everything was fine correctly. Update--- I signed up for the maintenance program and Zack came out this afternoon to clean my furnace unit and ran tests to make sure that everything was running well for the upcoming winter season. I'm so grateful to have a HVAC company that cares about its customers!! I highly recommend! Original post----Zack and his partner diagnosed a wiring issue with my air conditioning unit (when another company wanted to charge me thousands for something that was not even broken!!). They rewired it, gave me a new thermostat, and were VERY reasonable with the price. They saved me so much money for the repair AND just look at the electrical usage. They did the repair on Wednesday and you can see that the usage dropped dramatically after that. Thank you so much!!!
I got home from work on 6/5 and noticed it was quite a bit warmer than usual in the house. I checked our thermostat and it read 76 degrees.(We had it set to 69) I thought maybe because it was so hot outside that our AC unit had a hard time catching up. I gave it some more time to see if it would cool down but it kept getting warmer. It was now 80 degrees in the house. I decided to call New! Heating and Cooling to schedule a time to come out and check out our AC unit. They had someone out to my house within the hour and the problem fixed within 2 hrs! New! Provides quick, efficient, quality, and professional services whenever you need them! I was so very appreciative of their work! Thank you New! Heating and Cooling!

The team that came out was on time, very professional and thorough. They explained what they were doing and handled any questions I had. Put down runners so they didn't track any dirt and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone. Will be using them for the maintenance and upkeep. Great to work with.

Efficient Home Heating and Cooling Services from NEW! Heating and Cooling At the start of February, I found myself in a tight spot with my home heating. Despite cranking the thermostat up to 85, my house remained uncomfortably cold. I contacted my home warranty provider, who offered to send someone out in a week, or I could find my own technician to fix the issue. After researching, I discovered NEW! Heating and Cooling and reached out to Zack, who promised to come over in an hour. Upon examining my heating system, he advised that I needed to replace it. As a new homeowner, I felt clueless about the process, but Zack took the time to explain everything to me, including the steps we would take to replace the system. He also offered financing options to make it easier on me. Zack even contacted my home warranty provider with me to submit a claim. The installation process was smooth sailing, and Zack's team even took the time to fix my toilet. LOL! I was highly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Two Months later, Zack called me to schedule a maintenance check on my air system. (I didn’t even realize this was important) I highly recommend NEW! Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of quality heating and cooling services. They treat you like family, not just another customer. Thank you so much Zack and the entire Team. They installed a whole house humidifier quickly and expertly. On the most recent call, they serviced the unit and changed out the filter. I trust these guys to do the job correctly the first time and to charge reasonably. Good value, good service, good products, all add up to JUST PLAIN GOOD!
It is difficult these days to find service providers that care more about doing the right thing than they do filling their wallets. This crew was the most informative, professional, expedient, and pleasant crew I have had the pleasure of working with. High quality and happy to help you fully understand all concerns in your plumbing and HVAC systems even if you’re capable of fixing it yourself. (I don’t recommend trying, but hey, you do you). Point being they care more about their quality of service above all else, which is close to absent in recent years. I would have felt comfortable giving them the keys to my home if I weren’t there. That sums up my experience and it’s reassuring to see this level of service is still alive. Highly recommended!!
Our furnace quit working and Zac was out quickly. He explained everything and gave us options. When his team put in the new system they were careful to keep our carpet protected and did a thorough clean up including hauling off the old units for recycling. I am so happy with my new quiet high efficiency furnace. We had our water heater replaced at the same time. Austin is the Best plumber ever. They guarantee the work and also a provided a maintenance plan. Highly recommend New! Heating and Cooling
Zach fixed the problem in a timely manner, and did a great job explaining my system and the best way to take care of it in the future!
We first used New! when it was -6 out and our furnace gave out. We informed them we had a newborn, and since our house was 55 degrees and cooling quickly, they put us at the front of the list. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and did excellent work. We've now used them for several plumbing and HVAC tweaks that Anthony PHC neglected or overlooked, and they have done high-quality work every time, showed up promptly, and explained to us in detail what needed to be done and why. I absolutely recommend New! to anyone looking for utility work or maintenance. They offer trade work done right by people who value integrity, and you get to support a local business in the process.

Austin replaced our broken, leaky toilet, did it on time, and cleaned up the area leaving no mess. He explained all its features and answered all our questions. He is very friendly and has a great attitude and work ethic.
