Our A/C went out and it was time for a new unit. I am so glad Richard and New Generation Air was recommended to me. From the first conversation through the entire install he was professional, honest and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was competitive in pricing. The install went so smoothly and we are so thankful for such a good experience! I can’t recommend Richard and his team enough. Don’t hesitate to call.
The AC in my house gave out, called New Generation Air and scheduled an appointment. Person on the phone was very professional. Tech that arrived was very kind and courteous and prompt. They diagnosed my air unit, figured out the problem which was my compresor. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and before I knew it my AC was back and cooling down. I definitely will be recommending New Generation Air to my friend’s and family .
Very glad I chose New Generation Air. Prompt response and Richard was able to come out the same day to check my system. Walked me through the diagnosis and the repairs as he did everything. My a/c is fixed and is working even better than before. Highly recommend.
I gave them a call late afternoon thinking they might schedule me for the next day. But Richard was very professional and very kind and told me they'd be here in an hour. They always explain the problems with the AC/Heater and how to avoid them for future reference. 10/10 great service.

Richard ,the owner, is so honest and polite. He comes to my house very quickly if I have some kind of issue as I keep him on a yearly contract to keep maintenance up on my unit. Has done a total of five units between my husband and me. always the best prices.

Very responsive, cordial, and professional. Richard fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and explained the issue and how to prevent it from happening. This was a great experience and will call them again if I need help with my AC unit.
