Responds quickly to service requests, very reliable and knowledgeable 💯
We moved into a new house late last summer and we were getting an error on our thermostat for the central air. We called NE Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago to come take a look and our condenser ended up having to be replaced. The original install was a mess and between Robert and Ralph they were able to make sense of everything, get us up and running, and replace some duct work. We primarily worked with Robert and would hire him again without hesitation. He’s an extremely hard worker and incredibly knowledgeable!
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
They were very responsive even on the weekend. They identified and explained the issues and then corrected the problem and were in and out in quick fashion.Will be using them from here on out.
I'm thankful that Ralph stuck with us over several visits to fabricate new pipes, then painstakingly tune up our steam heating system. He was generous with his time and fixed our troublesome radiators so they no longer knock and leak. 5 stars!
My heating system failed in the middle of a bad cold spell and I found this company while looking for emergency service. I worked with Robert and had a really good experience. It ended up being a complicated repair but Robert was patient, respectful and really went the extra mile to get it working properly. The communication about schedules, arrival times and costs with them was really exceptional especially when trying to get heat and hot water back as soon as possible.
Robert was great. I made an emergency call on coldest night of the year when heat wasn’t working and it was fixed it within 2 hrs of call.
This company is amazing!! I had emergency heating and plumbing issue. They came right away. The professionals are exactly that and true to their word. They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make sure all of plumbing & heating issues were resolved. I will only go with them in the future and very highly recommended them.
I received three quotes for A/C work on my house. What made me choose them was the detailed explanation of work being done and the benefits I would realize by going with them. They are the only company I will use for any further heating or a/c work needed to be done on my home . They are that good

Picture this: you wake up to a freezing cold house and a conked-out furnace on CHRISTMAS EVE morning! Robert to the rescue! He came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem, tracked down a replacement part and soon we were up and running on the coldest day of the year. He was a very personable and courteous man who explained everything to us; we highly recommend NE Heating & Cooling and wouldn't hesitate calling them again if we had to.
Our water heater burst on a Saturday night, and these wonderful folks were able to be at our place within the hour. Endless thanks to Ralph, who was even able to save our water heater so we didn't have to throw it out! He was willing to run out and get supplies on a Saturday night, and came back Monday morning to finish the repairs. Ralph was able to undo mistakes that the previous tenants had made, too. We're so thankful for all the work he was able to do.
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, my heating failed and my house was freezing. I called New England Heating & Cooling and they came out right away -- on Thanksgiving Day. They got the heat back on right away and then promised to return the following day to create a longer-term solution -- which they did. I have the heat back on and the furnace working just in time for the rest of the holiday season. They were very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will work with them again!
Rob and crew were on time and professional. My elderly parents live with us and they took care to be so kind to them and us . They came in like Santa’s helpers no trace they were there when they left , just a Beautifully installed heating system . Thank you for everything

Robert came and thoroughly checked our furnace for issues, then gave an additional estimate for modifying our baseboards. Totally professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. Totally recommended!
I’ll explain my current problem my 30 year year old furnace repair man closed up shop without noticing me of them closing up shop so I was trying to call others only 2 responded without taking cash 💰 for repairs so word of mouth old friends said to call New England heating which I did so I spoke with Robert he was very kind courteous and on the ball so to speak came right out fixed the problem at a fair price. I requested some of the business sticker to put on both my furnaces which he did immediately. I am retired from Comm. Of Mass- tackle team leader and para military on the Central Alarm Network in the White House and yes called in to 9-11. They were terrific! With less than a days notice Robert and Eric arrived on time and diagnosed the large boiler problem in 15 minutes. They left to get the part and lunch and returned in an hour, and completed the job as exactly as quoted, which was definitely better than the competition. They explained everything and couldn't be nicer. This is what you hope for from a contractor! Thanks
