Our heating system went down. We called NE Cooling Towers, Lori sent a tech out right away. Although the over 22 year system finally died, they saved us from putting carbon monoxide into our living space via the faulty system. We've used NECT for several years, always responsive and thorough. Definitely recommend.

I have used NECT for years to work on my heating and air conditioning system. They are very responsive and have always been on time. They explain the issues, make the repairs and leave the area clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.
Today I almost got hit by one of their drivers, who was texting and driving on the Mass Pike. This is illegal, very dangerous, and so stupid to do while representing your company.
I just had my HVAC system replaced by this company. They did an excellent job. The staff was very professional and they were very careful to wear masks and observe other protocols related to the pandemic. Highly Recommended.

New England Cooling Towers has been servicing my HVAC systems for the past 4 years and doing an excellent job of it. They are very responsive to any urgent issues and have a very technical and professional crew that gets the job done right every time (regardless of size and complexity).
Never call them for freezer repair service, they will send a nonprofessional guy as training on your job order, the guy would take around 5 hours for a simple problem but could not find the issue, and they will charge you for supper professional service at around $180 per hour!!! After we spent around $1000 for nothing , we paid another company only $380 and got the job done very well ! Moreover, New England cooling tower spent around a week time but could not resolve the problem , our frozen food in the walk-in freezer was damaged . This is really terrible experience with them for our business ! Tell all small businesses owners: never never try their worst service! It's hard to earn money but they know how to take from your pocket with resolving the problem . You can't complain they did not work cuz they really sent a guy to you, but useless and waste your time and money!!
The worst service just experienced very recently on 8/17. After A guy spending more than 3 hours , he could not even find the reason why the temperature staying at 50F for a Walk-in freezer. But today his office charged $992 for 5 hours instead of actual 3 hours he actually spent even I had objection yesterday when they talked to me over phone! The worst thing is that the temperature is still at the same 50F! Come on! You did not work as a professional one but over charged extra hours! Later on, after several times calling, they assigned a professional one , only spent 10 minutes to discover the problem, and fixed the problem with another half hour on the following day. I don't understand why this company sent a non professional one to waste your time and your customer's money! You should not train your guys with your job order! This is unreasonable and the most expensive charge for only replacing a defrosting timer at $992,50! Never call them again and never recommend to anyone else!!
