This is the second time I have used New Air Technology and once again thoroughly impressed! Andy responded immediately, came out right away for our broken central air system and as we knew we needed a new system (hey 23 years old you can't complain). This was Tuesday, he'd be out Friday to install the new system and actually was able to come a day early! The crew was amazing. Communicated everything that was being done, moved a fridge for us, walked us through everything when done and cleaned up. I'm a real estate agent and Andy and the team are now on my recommendation list. I would be honored to recommend them. Can I give them 10 stars?
They were very quick and efficient and on time. It was a very, very good service. They were very professional and they 100% know what they’re doing. They were also very respectful and definitely very reliable. The owner was incredibly helpful.
New Air Technology, Taras, Andy and team are FANTASTIC… They take customer care to a new level in the way they put the customer first and make sure you are satisfied with the work that was done. They are responsive to issues and keep you informed all through the process and follow-up after to make sure everything was and is ok. They have a customer for life in me and I would recommend them to anyone and everybody… If there was more than 5 stars they have it…
This company came to my home to test my A/C unit that was not working. The tech did a pressure test and ensure me that the freon would hold and also put stop leak in the system. So he proceeded to add Freon and stop leak. Then charges me $1500 for the job well After 7 days everything leaked out and 1500 later the company doesn’t want to give me my money back nor calls to talk to me. This is poor customer service This company is the worst don’t trust them. They do not back anything they say nor the Bosses or Owner will call you back.
Andy and his techs were great! They kept in touch with us and their price was the competitive!
First time this year we put our AC on it wasn’t blowing cold air. Called New Air Technology and they were out a couple hours later. We thought we were going to need to replace our unit, it’s old and close to time, but the tech told us he was going to replace a part and try that first. It worked! We didn’t feel pressured into buying a new unit, we get genuinely grateful for the fast, attentive and honest work. We also weren’t charged a service fee and our repair was very reasonably priced. When we do need a new unit we will definitely be using these guys.
Inexperienced sales person. Not knowledgeable about products
I find this company to have all the qualities we want in a contractor. They are honest and decent, explaining everything about the unit and project. Even with the internet, there are so many different air conditioning systems that a layman can easily be confused. There was no hard sell. I was particularly concerned about the ductwork. I have a manufactured house and the ducts are underneath the house. It’s not pleasant crawling under the house in Florida weather. One contractor said they would check the ducts if there was later a problem with leaks. I thought this person was nuts as I wouldn’t know if the system was leaking air and not working as it should. But Taras at YCH understood my fear and checked the ducts as part of the job. As it happened a big section of the ducts was damaged and needed replacing. I didn’t mind the small additional cost, it was well worth it. They also brought me a strong portable air conditioner to use until my unit arrived a few days later. That was a life saver. It was nice to deal with a company that followed through their promises and kept in touch with you at every step. Taras is good at his job and his sense of ethics comes through.
First I needed emergency service on a Sunday regarding a thermostat. Tara came out immediately and fixed the problem quickly. He then pointed out problem areas in my ac. He scheduled a call back and returned and fixed the ac and cleaned it perfectly!!! He also helped me with a warranty on some of the equipment. He is professional, punctual, and explains eveything. I would definitely recommend him !
Taras is really good and works very hard to make sure your AC unit is performing at its most efficient. I highly recommend using YCH for work on your A.C. unit.
I found them on Facebook when made an appt they answer right away and came at a convenient time for me after work. He was very professional and explain his ideas and concerns on how the job was going to be done. Then when they came to do the job was right away I didn't have to wait weeks to get on the schedule but was done next day I called on a weekend . Quick, clean and organized. I would definitely refer them out.
Come in same day and done in a couple hours. We were so wonderfully impressed witnessing the strong work ethic and dedication he displayed while performing our service. Highly recommend this company 👌🏻
We recently had our HVAC unit replaced using this company. I had a wonderful experience working with Yaro. I researched multiple companies and received multiple quotes but I chose this company and was extremely happy with my decision. Yaro is very knowledgable; he explained everything in great detail with regards to the entire process of changing the HVAC unit. The day of the installation went extremely smooth; the working crew was very punctual and they left the working area very tidy and clean. I will continue using this company for my annual HVAC maintenance and would highly recommend them. I would give them more than 5 stars!
..they responded to my late friday evening emergency repair request immediately. they went above and beyond to procure parts on a saturday morning to ensure that my elderly parents did not have to suffer through a very hot weekend. not only were their fees reasonable, they personally followed up so that my parents received the refund for the parts under warranty.. you cant ask anything more from a contractor..
I recommend this company, very thorough. Technician, took his time to show me everything aspect of the job. Beats Elite Air(which are crooks) a million times. Very happy with the work. Thank you
These gentleman installed a mini-split AC unit in my garage. They promptly came out and gave me a free quote with a price that was competitive but lower than others for what they offered to do and the unit they installed. They did all related work including the electrical, and executed everything exactly as was discussed beforehand. I am very happy with the outcome. The C&H unit they spec'd cools my space with ease and works very well. Everything was cleaned up and tuned to perfection when they left and I haven't had a single issue since. Thanks YCH!
