The service call was more than what we expected. The technician arrived punctual, he was very diligent in checking our unit. He mentioned possible issues that we may face considering the age of our unit. We mentioned some services we were told we should do, he agreed only one of them was necessary. The service call lasted about an hour, we felt a positive difference in the a/c after he left. The cost of the call was in line with our expectations, but most importantly we felt he was honest and fair. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends.
I have been dealing with unreliable, sloppy and expensive AC companies for 11 years. Marino was recommended to me and I am so happy to have found him. He is extremely responsible, honest and does excellent work. He is my AC guy from now on. The way he works is excellent.
Marino was on time and very professional. My air conditioner is blowing like a blizzard now and fixed in a short amount of time. I would recommend him to everyone.

Rapid response and reliable, great service
I called Marino on a Sunday and he came to look at the unit right away. It was an extremely hot day and he saved us. Definitely recommend him and will call him for general maintenance in the future.
Marino came to replace our old AC unit and thermostat with a new unit. He arrived early, was friendly, and cleaned up any mess he made. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anybody!
I have used Nevado multiple times and not find a service as good as the one they provide.
Marino is the BEST AC technician you can find in Miami. Patient, Professional, and Reasonable He won’t overcharge you or try to sell you something you don’t need. He takes his time to really troubleshoot and find the real root cause of the problem, then he fixes the problem itself instead of asking you to change the whole thing. I haven’t experienced this level of service in a long time especially in Miami. Highly recommended 10/10!

El fin de semana mí A/c no funcionaba, llame a varias compañias y no me contestaron. Cuando llame a Nevados A/C services me contestaron inmediatamente y aunque no pudo conseguir la parte porque era día festivo me indico que hacer para solucionar el problema por un día y el martes a primera hora estuvo con la parte nueva y el aire quedo trabajando perfectamente. Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que quieran un servicio honesto y eficiente.

I have always felt ripped off by previous A/C repair companies, but no longer! Marino was incredible. He arrived on time, spent over 4 hours cleaning my A/C coils and then made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He honored his estimate despite the job taking longer than expected due to his dirty my coils were. I highly recommend Marino and his company!!
