Kevin A., Vince and Jeff were amazing at installing our new AC and furnace - they worked so hard and did a great job. And our dog liked them a lot so that's an automatic 5 stars 🐕
I’m glad I contacted Nevada Heating to do my repairs. Mr Quinn Reid was very pleasant and didn’t take long to diagnose the problem with the AC Unit. He made the repairs after consulting me with his recommendations. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. Thanks again for the cool down.

I had never done business with Nevada Heating but the company that I had been using for ten year's could repair my AC for 12 days not the 24 hours they had promised when i siged the service agreement, I called Nevada Heating and they came out in 48 hours, Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I am moving all of my business over to them
Nevada Heating and Cooling canceled the scheduled appointment and offered another appointment a couple weeks later. This made is nearly two months for an AC and water heater check up because the scheduled technician had an emergency issue come up. First time dealing with this company and assume they have more than one technician. Consider taking your business elsewhere or you too can end up waiting almost two months for a service call.
Kyle was so informative and thorough during the diagnostic for my home. He was not pushy trying to sell things and answered every question I had. This company is great to work with!
Kyle came out to look at our AC unit. He was on time and very professional. Unfortunately we will need to replace our unit but Kyle was very informative on how to proceed.
Well, we called on Saturday night July 1st because our air conditioning was out. We were told that somebody would call to set up a time to be there on Sunday. Called to follow up three different times on Sunday. The first person (Tabitha I believe) told us we were second in line. The second person (I believe Abigail) told us she couldn't tell where we were in line but she was going to contact dispatch to figure out what was going on. The third person said they were going to page the on-call technician. Never heard back from any of the above. They called at 10:30am on July 7th saying they heard we were having some issues with our AC. I get that it's a holiday weekend, but if you don't have the availability to have somebody come out, don't tell us that you do...4 times. How y'all have a 4.9 rating is beyond me. My experience is in the negative number of stars.
Jacob has been my service guy for many years. He is professional, always on time, and explains things to me so I understand them. He also looks for future issue I may have with my system so I am aware of what things I might have to service in the future.
We found out today that our AC had gone out and they were able to get a tech out to us withing a couple hours. Kyle Pearson was our technician and he was very friendly and extremely thorough. He was able to explain our issue and provide us with helpful options to get us back up and running. Nevada heating will be our go to for our home needs!

David M were very nice and explained things to us. They gave us good advice for addressing the issue should it happen again. They spoke to us about the age of our furnace and the need to replace it in the future, and were informative on what our options when we go through your company to do that. We appreciate them and the kindness and concern of the dispatcher Channel. We appreciate all you have done for us.
We had them perform scheduled maintenance on our a/c unit. Myles came on time and we were very pleased with the service. He was thorough, courteous, friendly, and explained any issues in a comprehensive manner that made it easy to understand. We are very satisfied with their work and will be calling them for future work!

It is very rare I hop on sites to review things, even when I say I'm going to. Today's experience is definitely one that calls for the exception. After researching practically every company in the Reno and Sparks area, I decided to go with Nevada Heating for my Furnace, AC, Water Heater maintenance. They have an amazing service plan for all three. Today I had the privilege of having David M. come out to service my Water Heater and AC unit. David arrived with a warm greeting and handshake. He surveyed the areas they were in and explained to me everything he was going to do. Now, I'm prior military, and I'm one of those "NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING" type of people, haha. I've never had these serviced before, so I asked him like 100 questions. He wasn't annoyed at all and told me numerous times they were good questions. He explained everything to me in elementary terms which made me feel super smart. haha. He did awesome work, was polite, professional, and informative throughout. I honestly am so happy I went with Nevada Heating and got David as my tech. There's no reason I would ever use anyone else now and would highly, HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, thorough company to service your covered appliances. Usually I am not a fan of writing commendations, but this team of Christian, Jeff and Adrian was truly outstanding and a great credit to your Company. They were prompt, polite, friendly, respectful and set to work on a difficult task in a challenging space with knowledgeable professionalism.
Myles was very professional and helpful. He explained everything that was wrong with my AC unit clearly. He fixed my unit saving my condenser and saving me thousands of dollars and many nights of sleep. Because the noise that thing was making was absolutely killing my sleep. Both technicians were very pleasant and helpful. I can’t thank you enough for the service!
