The tech Marco was great. Furnace was going on and off last month. He took his time and diagnosed the problem. Then contacted the manufacturer to see if parts were warranty. They weren't but he was able to repair the furnace at a very reasonable price and it's working great. Also he answered all my questions and gave a follow-up call. Will definitely use again.

I would recommend avoiding them. Never dropped off parts as promised or finished the job. When I called back to get work scheduled they claimed they didn't have any info for my repairs and couldn't help me. They completely misled me after I paid them $100 deposit.

Wasnt very knowledgeable when it came to finding the leak in my ac unit. I felt like he didnt wanna be there to do his job. Explained nothing. After I asked him for the third time to explain how the process goes. He finally agitatedly explained what was going on. I had poor confidence the technician knew what he was doing. Another company came out and found the leak in 20 minutes with no problem.

The service in 1 word...PROFESSIONAL! I called Network because my outdoor heater went out. I explained that the heater was not imperative at the moment but I was planning to use it in the near future. Within 2 days, David was at my home. David worked tirelessly to troubleshoot the problem and dug deep enough into the problem to detect a hidden piece that even the manufacturer wasn't aware of. He recognized that a part needed to be replaced but had ruined another part. David indicated that he would have to return for another visit. One thing that I appreciated was that, although we don't use the space this time of year, he put everything back the way it should be and left the area so neat that you wouldn't have noticed he had been there. When they completed the job they even rehung my unit which was a bonus because it wasn't hung when they began the work. Another thing that let me know that I will work with this company again is their commitment to their schedule. I was not over promised with a time schedule but when they gave me a window they stuck to it and called 30 mins ahead of the appointment to say they were on their way. As a busy mom I appreciated the heads up because it allowed me to complete errands and not sit at home waiting for them to arrive.

Our furnace stopped working and they came out the same day. Our technician, David was phenomenal. He made sure everything was working properly and educated us as home owners. He wore covers over his shoes when walking In the house and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed politeness. I would highly recommend David and this company for any HVAC repairs!

Made a home warranty claim at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. No communication from Network HVAC until almost noon on Sunday about an appointment between 10 & 2 on Monday. Called twice on Monday morning for a status (once at 8 and once at 10) and was told Network would call my home warranty to have the call reassigned. AWFUL service. REALLY don't recommend. RUN.
