Had them replace my entire heat and A/C in our home. They was on time, did exactly what they said they would do and the price was affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a very great experience for me. The price was very reasonable, beating 4 other company quotes. The technicians were polite, respectful, and worked clean. I would highly recommend this company.
Netherland completely replaced both AC systems in our home 18 months ago. Yesterday, we noticed the main unit leaking water through the eaves of our home. This emergency release saved our ceiling. We had a local company come as an emergency service. They found the unit had not been installed correctly. The unit was pulled away from the air filter, it was not level so the unit was full of water and the pan was full. They had attached new ducts to old ones using duct tape that had pulled away so we were pulling hot attic air into the unit. It will now cost us another 13K dollars to have the unit completely reinstalled. Also a tech stepped through the ceiling during installation and had to be repaired. At the year point the unit stopped cooling so Netherland returned. They had to change a part that wasn’t on the truck. They charged us 500$ to drive back to Mobile to get the part. So this was a costly mistake to use them to replace our system.

So thankful for Netherland, my air conditioning unit went out completely on a Tuesday afternoon, I called around looking for someone to come out and quote a price on a new unit. Every place I called said it would be days before they would be able to come and even look at it. Paul was willing to come that afternoon and was able to quote me a very reasonable price and by the next evening our new unit was installed! I love my new unit and I am so thankful that I was able to find such a great company.

We called them one morning and they were there within an hour. We needed a whole new unit (inside and out) and they had it completed by 3 pm on the next business day. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Do not use this business . Terrible customer service . I tried twice schedule appointments to service my washing machine . He said he would be there at appointment twice specifically , but he never showed up or called . Not reliable business!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Not professional !
