They did a heat pump install for me and I highly recommend them. Very responsive to emails and everything was done exactly when they said it would it be. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to pad the bill with electrical upgrades that weren’t needed (unlike many of their competitors).
Absolutely fantastic company. Transparent & hard workers who value the customers! Brian knows everything about hvac it seems, and our installers Steve & Tim & Brian (separate from owner Brian) all brought the supplies & got the job done quickly & efficiently. Absolutely will be recommending this company to my friends & family.

Net Zero Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome. They were recommended by my architect working on an unrelated project, and we had a great experience with them for our installation of three Carrier Infinity Greenspeed air source heat pumps with supplemental gas furnaces. Brian (the owner) explained everything to me in the initial meeting and the potential options and trade-offs. He didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary accessories, even when I asked about them, when he would have had a perfect opportunity to do so - he gave his honest opinion about what was necessary and what was not needed. His installation crew was on time and polite - showed up exactly when scheduled 6-8 weeks previously, and, after installation, the few minor adjustments of airflow and adjusting various settings on the thermostats were taken care of quickly - the same day in most instances. Highly recommend!
These guys are great. We had them install an energy efficient hot water tank and they service my oil heat system. I will surely continue to use them.
I could NOT be happier with the care, service, and quality of work provided by the guys at NetZero!! I'm the type of person who asks a million questions before making a decision, and I am tireless in planning details and following up - and NetZero (specifically, Brian!) were SO patient with me! I must have asked for at least half a dozen different quotes before deciding on the system that I wanted, and Brian was always happy to answer my questions by phone or email. Once I knew what system I wanted, they were able to guide me in applying for a MassSave HEAT loan, and once that cleared we were off to the races!! The system was installed quickly, and with care, and Brian and his team were incredibly careful and respectful when working in my home. The system they installed is perfect and works beautifully. On top of all of that, NetZero had the best pricing of any heating&cooling business I checked - and I checked quite a few! I really can't recommend these guys highly enough - they will bring you peace of mind and an incredibly comfortable home!
Mr. Pelton and his company, Net Zero, are fantastic! They carefully removed our old furnace and installed a new furnace in our attic (of all places for the heating system to be originally placed). They were efficient and quickly set up the furnace and cleaned up the ductwork. Mr. Pelton's personally came over and assessed our heating needs and we appreciated that he did not oversell us on a heating/cooling system that was not needed. Net Zero Heating/Cooling was our third company that we had assess and quote. After using the heating system for 1 month, we are very pleased. Overall, excellent value for price paid!
