Super quick, convenient, effective and friendly. Highly recommend!
Both of our HVAC units and the water heater were getting old and needed to be replaced. We took quotes from individual small businesses as well as large companies. Julian's quote + personality package was clearly the best deal. His responsiveness is clearly outstanding, his understanding of HVAC issues shines through his clear recommendations. His workmanship reflects his love for the job. Very responsive to emails /phone calls. He explained us why one of the older systems was not communicating well with our Nest thermostat and why instead of repairing and wasting our money we should consider a newer more efficient communicating system. He did a fabulous job of putting in 2 brand new RUUD HVAC systems + water heater and a humidifier in 1.5 days, cleaned up the area like nothing happened. Very Highly recommend him to all who are considering repair or replacement of their water heater or HVAC units.

Julian was extremely responsive and got the job done in no time! My heating unit malfunctioned overnight and I woke up to a very cold house during a winter day. I called him and he showed up at my door in about an hour. It took him only minutes to fix the issue and now my heat is working good as new. I appreciate Julian’s promptness and would recommend him to anyone wanting fast, quality service.
My wife and I were blown away by the work done by Julian and his crew. We had a leaking HVAC unit and Julian contacted us quickly and was able to diagnose our issue and lay out the options to correct the issue all in the same day. We appreciate the time Julian took to walk us through our options (and the risks) and the price was definitely fair and transparent. Our HVAC unit was replaced and we had a new thermostat installed within a few days of contacting Nero’s. We highly recommend Nero’s!
