He is not technition and poor job and he don,t know nothing about electrical system and not answer the phone. He didnot come for service that he made mistake. do not use this company Bad Bad Bad personal.
This gentleman complained from the time we called until he showed up for the 3rd time, still not fixing the issue. He never told us what he thought the problem was, he just claimed to fix it and charged us. His fixes would last one day, then it would go out again. The last straw was we called him out and he argued with me in the phone that he charges to come out. I said, yeah, I know, you have charged us each time and we’ve paid you with no problem, so I don’t know why you keep mentioning that. He came out, “fixed” it, and left. It worked less than 24 hours. Do not use this man. We finally got someone else out, totally fixed the problem in 20 minutes, explained what the issue was and said that if the part needed to be replaced, that it was something that my husband could do and save the service call. So let me be clear, this man is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, is NOT PROFESSIONAL, and I believe that he at the very least is incompetent, and at worst, a con man.
Absolutely horrible experience with this company. He claims to have 20 plus years of experience, but his work shows otherwise. Doesn't know/understand basic HVC installation or repair knowledge, and tries easy fix or cut corners to get the job done. In return, homeowners are need to call professional companies to undo his his and get the job done properly. Je has no clue when it comes to county codes or regulations.
