I'm a property manager and I've used Nelson Air at many properties over the past few years. Products are great, but the part I like best is that Scott goes above and beyond to get the job done so my tenants are not upset, even if it's late at night!
The owner, Scott, was able to diagnose the problem with our unit within minutes and give us a detailed assessment of the issue. We were impressed with his professionalism, honest up-front pricing, and efficiency in getting the job done in a timely manner. We'll definitely be back for his services down the road!
Nelson Air just installed a brand new high efficiency Trane heating and AC system in our house in Anaheim Hills. Top notch workmanship I must say, I really like this Honeywell T10 smart thermostat, nice touch. Thanks for the great install

Called on a Friday morning, left a message for service no response. Left a text message Saturday and no response. Sent a message Saturday on their website and no response. It is now Sunday and still no response. I guess they don't want our business so we will be contacting someone else. *Update* They texted back Tuesday night at 1020pm. We already got excellent service elsewhere.
Scott did an excellent job fixing my A/C. Really nice, and qualified guy. A true master of his craft. The guy that came before him was a total scam artist, and told me he couldn't fix my A/C unless I gave him 4 grand. It was a nightmare. Scott was honest, and conducted himself professionally, and fixed my A/C without issue. He took the time to explain things, and really gave me a comfort level with what he was doing. There are so many scammers out there that dupe homeowners, it was refreshing to see an independent owner/operator that has values and honesty. Thanks Scott!
Our Air Conditioning Unit stopped working during the hottest day of summer. Living in Orange County you know this is an emergency situation. My neighbor had used Nelson Air when they installed their AC unit and recommended them. Nelson Air made an emergency visit; troubleshoot the problem and repaired the AC unit on the spot. Lifesavers! Highly recommend these guys!
