Job was done fast and quality was good! The HVAC air conditioning repair I had from this HVAC repair company were superb. I would like to commend these guys for handling it effectively, and I'm grateful because they managed to finish it at a very convenient time. An ac and heater repair service was the reason why I called this company. It was Tuesday when I noticed that my unit was having a system issue. I'm so blessed that Art went to my place and arrived on time. He diagnosed the unit and started repairing and in no time he finished repairing the unit. Art was very well-mannered and well-trained technician. HIis skills were exceptional. You're highly recommended!

When I tested my system at the start of the summer, it was clearly not putting out any cold air. I called Neighborly HVAC Long Beach and explained the situation. Torres diagnosed the system, which was out of freon due to a leak from the main condenser. Fixed that!! As with any contractor, a bit patience is always required.
Furnace stopped working. Then I got Neighborly HVAC Long Beach They were very good, called them, they were on time, friendly, professional made me feel very comfortable with the call. They replaced the Heat A/C and coil. The installers were on time, worked tirelessly to remove the old furnace from the attic and replace the new one, and the A/C outside. Cleaned up all of the old parts and were completed in the time frame they provided. We had heat again! Really appreciate their fast friendly service. Definitely recommend them!
Air conditioner would work then stop working. Simmons came over the next day to take a look and diagnosed the issue. He did not try to sell us anything, or convince us of making unnecessary repairs. Very straightforward, honest, cordial, and looking out for our best interest. Very reasonable price. I plan on going to him regularly for my A/C issues. Highly recommend.
Ellison is a true rockstar, his skill and honesty is not something you find in the industry. He came to my house, troubleshoot the issue within an hour and was able to find the root cause of the issue. I have Therma Tech bookmarked and will be a customer for life.
