I was very impressed with Neighborly Heading and Air. I needed a new type of Mini Split installed. I had several HVAC company's unable to even give me a price on installation, however Neighborly came right in and installed it professionally. I'm so satisfied!!!!
Neighborly H&C is the company you want to call for any HVAC problems. Otis not only had my air back on inside of 30min. He told me how to fix it if it happens again.
Otis was fantastic! He explained what he was doing, was very polite, and gave me tips to improve air circulation for maximum benefit. `My house is cool now! He told me to call if he hadn't solved the problem or had any questions. Very reasonable rate as he was here about an hour
They came at the time agreed on. The technical knew in minutes what was wrong and replaced the part on the spot. Straightforward and honest. I wish more peoople were like this. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
Otis and his assistant was absolutely amazing, very thorough and professional. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt that this type of service had to be mention. I totally agree with the others , Neighborly is absolutely the best.
I requested them to look at my account and see whats wrong with it. It took them 2 weeks to check it, it said it needed a few things, an estimate would be $900. I said ok, it took them seven weeks to get back to us. So we went somewhere else and they said it was $200 and did it within a week. Don't recommend this place.
I have called Neighborly for several issues with my air and most recently with my water heater. I found this company to be reliable, honest, helpful, and timely. It's hard to find people you can trust and won't try to take advantage of you.
Ottis installed a brand new 3 ton system for me. He got it done quickly and effectively. Some fine tuning was needed a few days after installation, but Ottis promptly addressed the issues upon receiving my call. Highly recommend this local contractor.
I have used Otis at Neighborly Heating and Cooling for repairing and servicing my home HVAC system for years. I have also referred him to many of my friends and Real Estate clients for all those years. He is prompt, helpful, thorough, professional, and has always done a great job! Otis is an awesome, honest person, he came today in between appointments to fix our air conditioner at half the price another company had quoted us. He got here and finished within an hour and was so pleasant. I am glad to have met him and I will not only be referring him but will only be using him in the future. Thank you Otis!!!!!!

Otis was awesome. Although my ac problem turned out to be a quick fix. There was no hesitation to come out on a Saturday morning! Will definitely recommend this service to others!

Otis is my man! He babied my AC until it had no more life and then gave me a very competitive price to replace my ancient system. Asked him about new ducting, at which point he could have sold me a new ducting network, but he told me it was all in good condition. I also told him that my kitchen was unbearably warm when the rest of the house was cool so he added an extra air vent to my kitchen. I'm so happy with his work and his clean up job afterwards.
