Neighborhood Heating and Cooling were prompt on responding to our AC not properly cooling. They gave a through quote on replacing the AC and answered every question we had. Upon choosing them over several other local companies, they were on time and worked as quiet as they could and cleaned up afterwards. The owner, Nikki is a sweet and knowledgeable person, very patient. I would use them again and recommend you use them as well.
They installed a tankless water heater for me and the process was excellent.
I was first introduced to this company by a couple of friends, and when I ran into problems with my furnace resulting from another company's not so good work, I'm grateful my friends reminded me of Neighborhood Heating & AC. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Their work was impeccable and they left my home spotless. They will forever be my go to's for HVAC maintenance and repair. I was recommended Neighborhood Heating and Cooling from a neighbor that is in the trades business. They absolutely did not disappoint. I received several bids for install of furnace and air conditioner and their bids were competitive, but the customer service is above and beyond. Getting some companies to even return a call is difficult! They came out the next year to complete yearly checkups, and were even great at that! Definitely check them out and at least call for a bid. You won't be sorry!
