Jeff and son are our go-to guys for HVAC repairs. When they fix something, it stays fixed. It's refreshing to have someone who performs a repair and doesn't try to sell you a new system at the same time. Instead, he just gives solid advice for maintaining the system, realistic expectations for longevity and recommendations for the best timing for a replacement (e.g. when assistance programs are expected to begin, what incentives or assistance will be available, etc.). He is a shining example of integrity, honesty & good hard work.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from Neel Heating and Air. His service is prompt, he is competent, and his prices are fair. Don't let his quiet demeanor put you off. Mr. Neel is not much for lengthy conversation. But his work speaks for itself. I have used him three times now, both for heating and AC work and have been very satisfied.
