Called this morning, toilet issue...we dropped a cleaning disc?..got stuck....gave a window of 1-3 p.m. Came at 11-11:30 due to being a head...Dominic came, by 12:23 work was completed...truly awesome!!! Just wonderful!!!
Needed a service call and nate showed up providing excellent customer service and diagnosing the issue properly and now the unit is working fine thank you Nate

We reached out to NCB Mechanical regarding swamp cooler issues in my new apartment. I had reached out to the office several times immediately after move in as I noticed that it was blowing air but not cold. I waited 4 days and my air was still not maintenenced or serviced as I requested. I decided I would call NCB Mechanical and was assisted by Miguel who was able to look at the unit and noticed many issues with the cooler. No water, pump was old and not functional, pads were disintegrating and the inside was caked with old dried up mud. Miguel provided prompt service, although the office did not allow him to make the necessary repairs, he was courteous, respectful, friendly and most knowledgeable. Called around noon for a leaking issue with my outdoor faucet that hooks up to my swamp cooler. Got a same day appointment, and Miguel & Cameron were here right at the beginning of the appointment window. They got my old faucet replaced quickly and with a smile. Appreciated the prompt response and the friendliness of the guys.
Miguel and Cameron came here for a drain cleaning. They were spot on time and went right to work. It turned out to be not so simple (isn't that often the case?) and they kept at it until it was complete. Miguel and Cameron represented the company well and I will continue to call NCB for future projects and needs.
Brandon and Ryan came out to repair my AC. They were very professional found the issue and fixed my problem with the unit quickly. I recommend. Using NCB mechanical for all of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.
I have called NBC Mechanical for smaller plumbing repairs in the past and was impressed with the response and work that was done so when my refrigerated a/c went out I spoke to Brandon, Miguel came out and completed the replacement of my old unit just in time as for the hot weather. Wagner's had told me I needed to replace the thermal expansion tank and full port drain valve on my water heater and it would cost me $500. I called your company for a second opinion and was told my water heater was just fine and did not need those parts replaced so they saved me $500.
