I had to choose between two good people. The difference was in the equipment (personal preference)being installed. Jeff Naughton and his crew were very neat and careful and efficient. Replaced 18 year old furnace and condenser at a reasonable price which came with 10 year warranty on equipment and 5 year on labor.
Company provided adequate notification of technician showing up for the scheduled service. Jeff was very responsive and professional. Gave me every opportunity to ask questions and answered all my questions. and he also resolved the furnace issues we were experiencing. We would highly recommend them anytime you have issues with your a/c or heating.
Called this morning and got Mike on the phone, he worked with me on my time schedule today. Took a look at my AC and had it up in running in minutes, totally transparent and honest, I would recommend Naughton Mechanical to anyone ! Thanks Mike ! Great Job !
I've had them work on both my AC and furnace now. Both times, they arrived in just a few hours, fixed the problem quickly, and were very affordable. Highly recommended.
Honest and fair. What more can you ask for? I will be using them from here on out. Recharged my ac and found a way to save me some money. In stark contrast to a larger local outfit that tried to fleece me in the past. Nice to know theres still honorable service companies out there these days. UPDATE Came out on Memorial Day for a fair price because he wanted to get the problem fixed for me before he was booked all week. Talk about service. Wow.
Can\'t say enough good things about Naughton- they were prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for the repairs. Once the parts were ordered and received, they returned and installed everything quickly. Price was fair, and Mike Naughton and his staff were very professional, efficient, and friendly. Would highly recommend without hesitation.
They came the day we called. Told us not to pay our bill for a week to make sure the fix was correct. Service person that came out was fantastic. Highly recommend.
We always use Naughton Mechanical for our heating and cooling needs. When our air conditioner wasn't cooling our house properly, they came right out and were nothing but professional, honest, and thorough. Service!. When you call someone to fix your furnace, you never know what your going to get. These guys are great! They arrived when they said, and showed me everything they did. Price was better than others also. Highly recommended.

Naugton Mechanical was prompt in answering my service call, and very knowledgeable and concerned about me as a customer. They were able to buy two smaller parts that they put together themselves to fix my furnice problem instead of buying the already put together piece which would have cost me $200 more. They had to do a little bit more work themselves, but they were willing to in order to help me, the customer, and I am very grateful. Really, an upstanding company.
Naughton Mechanical is a very reputable company. From the office staff, to the service representative, to getting the work finish, everyone is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The first time my mom used Naughton Mechanical, the only thing wrong was the furnace needed a small cleaning. They refused to charge her and showed her how to do it going forward.
