Let me just give a huge shout out my new best friend, Gabriel. My A/C stopped working right when we were about to reach triple digits. I was freaking out.... my kids were freaking out.... my dogs were even freaking out. I put in a service request through my home warranty and they dispatched Native Winds Heating and Cooling. I called them up and was initially told that they probably couldn't come out until the following day. Before the call ended, however, Gabriel said he would be in the area later that day and would stop by. Shortly after noon that VERY SAME DAY, Gabriel showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! He was incredibly friendly, professional and polite. I am overjoyed that we did not have to suffer through this heat. Thank you, Native Winds and thank you, Gabriel! I will FOR SURE be utilizing your services in the future.
We have had the pleasure of working with Gabriel twice now, two different homes. He was so prompt and helped us right away. The Fresno heat is no joke, and he came to help and quickly took care of the repair. His pricing is very reasonable and he's always on time and polite. We recommend him highly. I've already sent his information to several friends as well. He assisted with our AC unit as it was under warranty and we appreciate having someone so trustworthy amongst our contacts for wonderful work. Thanks again Gabriel for your most recent repair!
Native Winds was assigned by my home warranty company. Others said my entire unit needed to be replaced but Gabe was able to find the issue and fix it. He took the time to troubleshoot every possible issue, which saved me time and money.
Have been calling him since before summer to come check my unit and my son's unit, which he installed. He scheduled an appointment and never showed up..twice. I have called him and no response from him. Unprofessional.
I consulted with at least three different contractors and Gabe was the only one who took the time to look at my setup to see exactly what could be done. The others simply looked at my outside units and quoted me a price, and they were a bit high. He took the time to find the right setup for me that would last for a very long time. He was always kind and professional and answered any and all questions I had. Not only would I recommend him but he's the only person I'll be dealing with from now on when it comes heating and cooling. I am very happy with the installation, the price I paid and how it all turned out. - A very satisfied customer.
Gabriel was a professional thru and thru. Not only did he offer best pricing of about 6 local companies I got quotes from but he offered same warranty and upon doing his due diligence, did the job himself from beginning to end in under 3 days. It ONLY took that long because of inspections. The replacement itself was done in 1 day. Great experience, highly recommend! Entire family greatful to Gabriel for getting our home warm again and cool now with the season changing🙏🏽

Gabriel was polite, respectful, professional, and equally important--honestly. He arrived earlier than expected which is a huge PLUS given a 106 degree summer day. He diagnosed the A/C issue immediately & expediently. A highly valued service.
I am so impressed with the care taken by Native Winds Heating & Cooling. The service man had to go into the attic to check on my air condition needs and when he came off the ladder and closed the ceiling entrance cover he asked me for a damp cloth and I wondered why but got it for him then noticed that he was taking special care to make sure that no dirty finger print marks were left on my ceiling before coming down off the ladder. I am so impressed and so grateful that there are still people left in this world that would take time to care about my ceiling being cleaned before rushing off to service another customer. Oh by the way, he also solved my air condition cooling problem and I am so grateful. Thank you Native Winds Heating & Cooling for treating your customers with a special touch. Dolores

As a Property Manager I can fully appreciate the professionalism of Gabriel. He has serviced multiple properties and has been able to locate and fix the problem on every service call even when other technicians suggest a new unit. Gabriel is reasonably priced, very honest and extremely reliable. He's absolutely amazing!
Gabriel is beyond amazing. My mother had her a/c system stop working and I didn’t know who to call. A friend referred Gabriel to me and I’m so grateful she did. He got out to my mom’s very quickly after I contacted him and got her system up and running right away. He also went out of his way to find the most affordable parts for when the unit kicks the bucket for good (which he says will happen at some point). Most places would try to over charge or upsell you, especially when it’s an area I know nothing about, but not Gabriel. He’s honest and genuinely cares about those that he is helping. Can’t recommend him enough!
He was very nice worked fast helped get our AC working within an hr and didn’t change us an arm an a leg! Will let all my friends and family know to call him if they have issues.
Gabriel is fair, honest, and did a great job installing my new AC system. Also, in the past, he was able to get my older AC unit up and running when another company said I needed a completely new unit.
I called Gabriel with an AC that didn't blow cold. It was late in the afternoon and I figured I was out of luck until the next day or possibly even longer. Not only did Gabriel fit me in that evening, but the repair was quick and very reasonable. Native Winds Heating and Cooling will be my go to for AC repairs for now on.
