Guy shows up this morning and says he doesn’t have the right ladder. His van has the same ladders as everyone else, 8’ and 20’ I’m guessing, that have been to our place but he says his won’t work. So either, he’s a liar that’s too lazy or maybe afraid to do his job, or his company doesn’t supply him with the proper equipment. I know where I’m leaning.

I want to sing the praises for a Rafael and his crew. They came and installed a new A/C system for us. Such professionals and extremely well groomed and knowledgeable. Forced to use Nationwide Cooling by Select Home Warranty - They do not call back when I called was told to send a text with the warranty information after "dispatch" email was received. Only got appointment scheduled 9 days later after complaining to Select Home Warranty. AC has been leaking in attic for 9 days.
Great customer service, came out same day on a Saturday. Was told window time 2pm - 5pm, they showed up at 1pm. Clogged drain fixed in under 20 minutes. Will definitely use them in the future for any AC/ Heating needs. Great pricing as well. Thank you!
I'm very excited I found Rafael and his team. We needed a whole new HVAC system and I was very disappointed our 7 year old Carrier AC went out. With a large home and two units plus three zones we were looking at a big job. I gave Rafael every chance to upsell me but he was very transparent and fair with what our home needed. With our new Trane AC/Heat Pump units, we are enjoying better AC output then when this house was built 7 years ago and doubled our warranty. The team was thorough and finished the job as promised in one day. Best part, based on my research and talking to others in the Estrella Mountain Ranch area, we received a very fair price. Thank you to all at Nationwide. Family owned and operated!
I returned from a two week trip to find my air not working. It was 111 degrees outside and 95 in my master bedroom. Nationwide came the next day and found what was broken, ordered the parts, and today repaired my air conditioner. I am totally impressed with not only their service, but the professionalism and courtesy given to me. I am a senior - very senior - and truly appreciated their help.
Rafael was unprofessional, wouldn't return calls, constantly rescheduled at the last minute or showed up at a different time with almost no notice having no concern for our time. He didn't even have the courtesy to put the filters back that he took out and just left the filters lying on the floor and the covers hanging open when he left. We had to have a second company come out to finish the repair.
Nationwide Cooling &Heating is EXCELLENT!!! Rafael, Tania, Johnathan, Marco... the whole team is AMAZING. I have been having issues with my AC for the past couple of years. Everyone that has came to out home just fixed to get us by but Nationwide (Rafael) made sure we knew the issue at hand and diagnosed the best for our system. We completely replaced with a whole unit and Nationwide did it all exceptionally! Im so happy with them! I recommend their specialty in this business because Nationwide is the "truth" on you AC needs repair, equipment replacement, and guidance. Truly professionals. I will not call anyone else. Thank you Nationwide!!!
I highly recommend Nationwide Cooling and Heating. For the last 3 years they have repeatedly repaired our very old cooling and heating systems. Always with rapid response. This family owned company - father, daughter and two sons - could write the book on excellent customer service and satisfaction. We decided it was more than time to replace our unit and in less than half a day it was cooling our home without a trace of a repair crew.
worst customer service experience. My Ac went out on a Friday afternoon and was put on the back burner all weekend, talk to them Monday and lied about work order being transferred to another company because he didn't want to do the work.
I highly recommend Nationwide Cooling & Heating. My condenser fan motor went out & Rafael was able to come the same day & install a new motor! He even took the housing outside and hosed it off to remove all the dust build up. (Many would have just installed the motor and been done). Rafael is a gem & truly seems to care about the work he's doing! Happy customer!!!
Quick and very professional. My AC went down in two seperate occasions (fan motor and compressor, fuses), I gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Will continue to use them on all my houses.

Both technicians that came to my home were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! My heating system went out and they came right away to fix it as it was getting quite chilly with low temps last night at 35 degrees. They explained what was done to fix the unit and charged exactly what was anticipated. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needed! :)
