Exceptional! This is the company you want for your A/C work. Had the A/C stop working on 4th of July. My call was answered on the first ring and a technician assigned along with an incredibly accurate time of arrival that they hit perfectly. Andre was amazing, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond in his work. Had the house cooling in no time and had gained a new lifelong customer. Truly fantastic work and if you are searching for a great reliable company, this is the one to go with.

I got home late Friday night and found my ac wasn't cooling like normal. I started to look online for hvac repair and found National. The woman that took my call was pleasant and said she could have someone to my house in a hour. It was about to storm so I asked if Saturday she could fit me in. She said yes, Andre would be coming with a call about 30 minutes prior. Andre was prompt and very polite upon arrival. He looked all over to make sure nothing was missed. Finally found a hole in a large copper pipe from vibration rubbing against another pipe. He showed me everything and explained in detail how to repair it. He had me back up and cooling in no time. As for the cost, very reasonable for all the time and products used. I have to say Andre had manners. So polite. You forget how nice that is, in the world we are in today. So thank you Andre & National A/C you have a new customer!

This company provides excellent service , the Service rep. identified the problem very friendly and professional, educated me about the system i had and the system I was going to buy. Came on a Friday and Saturday I had my new system installed, working like a dream . They have earned my respect and loyalty. We had a dire need for our AC to be repaired on Easter and my normal company wasn’t picking up the phone (understandably - it’s Easter). I called these guys and Andre was here with king 1 hour. He was amazing and fixed it quickly at a good price. We switched over our annual service and he basically saves our life since this week is about to get super hot.
These folks are amazing. Andre is the best - friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Additionally, the main office is super nice and generally a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommended.
It’s not every day that you meet a someone in the service industry whose business relies on sales and yet they choose integrity. AJ Massaro is the owner of the company and he truly prides himself in honest repairs and fair business transactions. His business comes alongside the homemaker and provide a service and quality to meet their needs. He did not try and sell other products that were unnecessary to us. Customer service and timelines was outstanding, so we are no longer without air. Pricing was fair and realistic. I’m glad there are still hard working people in this world who value morals. 🙂
