Nate was amazing! He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving and had the dryer fixed in a jiffy. He was prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable! Will use again in the future.

Sadly, my experience was not the 5 star one that influenced me to call. I left a fairly detailed message regarding my leaky dishwasher. I was unable to be present as I had PT but my husband and son were present. They told me that the person who showed up didn't do much before telling them that the problem was the lower door seal; it was full of gross stuff that had to be cleaned out (more than what he cleaned out when he was here) and that the seal could not be replaced. I was able to obtain an OEM lower door seal with ease. I pulled that door apart myself, cleaned it all out and reassembled it only to find that...the dishwasher still leaks. So now I am left frustrated and wondering, what exactly, I paid someone to do for me. They did not find the source of the problem. They were wrong about what parts were available. And I still have a leaky machine. I am attaching a pic of the drip pattern. If you look closely, you can see a drip about to drop down, where it hits the metal box, drops down again and flows right to left on the floor.
Really went above and beyond to be respectful of my time and my property. He took off his shoes upon entering and was always on time and quick. He also understood the urgency of the job as he was fixing our only fridge! He got the repair part in as quickly as possible and got us in at the earliest appointment. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Nate!
I called Mr. Nate’s late evening on Monday to get on his schedule for a dryer repair he answered and got me an appointment to come out he gets you an appointment next day I love how knowledge he is on behalf of dyers he is super sweet and very reasonable on pricing also he come on time and I loved also he make sure to take his shoes off I will give him 💯 for customer service!!!!

Called on Friday evening about a microwave that I thought could be repaired. The Tech told me get a new microwave and hung up on me. I was respectful and hopeful to get some insight and I was treated terribly. Good luck Nate’s appliances.

I randomly chose Nate’s from google after the belt on my dryer snapped the other night. I called, and he answered at home and was very polite. He was able to come out in less than 48 hours to fix the dryer. He was very fast and very efficient in his work. He stripped the dryer down and had the belt on and everything up and running in what felt like a couple minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and skills. After mentioning that the heating element had crapped out recently in my oven, he jumped to the task and had that fixed just as fast as the dryer. Now I have both appliances running perfectly for an incredibly low/fair price. All in less than an hour. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. I will be a lifelong customer from now on. I can’t say enough positive things about Nate’s.
