I had an urgent issue, and the staff was friendly professional. He called me for the initial call and was at my home and resolved the issue within a two hour timeframe. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back every time

New to the area and living in a new home, our heat didn’t turn on. I called and got an immediate response. They gave me a time frame (that day) and showed up as expected. They were courteous, professional and even dealt with my (very loud) dogs and were very respectful that I was on a work call! Solved the issue quickly and efficiently! I am so glad this was the company I called! I couldn’t have expected better service!
Took my call after hours, and arrived on time the next day with text and call confirmation. Talked me through the reasonable options and got our 10 year old unit back in business in less than an hour and for a reasonable rate. Also, contacted me afterward to double check the serial number so he can check if a particular part fell under a 15 year warranty. Great service, price and professionalism. Highly recommended.
These guys are wonderful. They had best price and best warranty for my install after my unit died. They were very professional, walked me through my homes needs for the replacmeent. Even after I did independent research, they listened and didn't try to convince me, we just discussed everything and came to a mutual agreement on my needs. They were very empathetic, professional, and kind. Work was done in a timely manner. They didn't have one of the parts needed for an add on and due to missed connections and both parties being busy it took some time to get the add on complete, but they still gave me a discount. I've already recommended them to someone else. They're locally owned and operated. Wonderful.

I called after hours and they picked up on the first ring, told me they'd be there between 12-3 the following day. Robert showed up at about 11:30 and had my AC fixed in no time. He was very knowlegeable, courteous, and friendly. My former AC guys told me I'd have to wait 5 days for someone to come out. Needless to say, I'm not calling them again. I'll be calling Nashville Heating & Air from now on. Highly recommended 👌
I requested service through the company’s online portal around 7:00AM Wednesday morning. I received a call from Robert no more than 2 minutes later, then he arrived at my house around 7:30AM the same morning. Robert and his team also installed a new HVAC unit the day after we requested the service. Great experience, great company.
Robert and Robert Jr helped repair my HVAC and vent systems. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a thorough job. They explained the processes to me and got everything straightened out. If you want a local, family business to support I suggest using these guys!
I can’t say enough good things about Nashville Heating & Air!!! They were so quick in responding. Their prices are VERY fair. The young gentleman who came to do my maintenance was not only extremely professional but went out of his way to explain my specific hvac and what to look out for. They truly went above and beyond and that is hard to come by with hvac companies. I highly highly recommend this company!
Same day service and fast diagnosis, would happily use again
Our furnace stopped functioning during the snow and ice storm at the beginning of January 2022. After calling four companies, they’re the only one that was able to make it out on the first day to help identify the issue. While they weren’t able to fix it on the first day (due to supply stores being closed due to snow/weather conditions) they followed through and obtained the part that was needed in order to repair my heat kit, and ultimately came over the weekend to help resolve the issue. I appreciated their excellent communication and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again!
Robert responded quickly to my request and even helped me over the phone to solve my issue. He offered to come and make sure it was fixed during a snow storm! Will be my go to for hearing and cooling from now!
They came and replaced a condenser and were in & out quickly and are very professional. Their prices were less than I expected, which means a lot to me. Another company I contacted on Sunday never showed up. I will definitely call Nashville Heating & Air should I need service again!
