As a new home owner I was not a happy camper when I found out I needed a new A/C unit. However, Aida and Sal were such a pleasure to work with. They understood what I needed and made the process smooth. They truly care about the customer and are not interested in ripping you off. Even after my unit was installed they were available for any questions I had and always willing to trouble shoot when things came up. I was able to get on an affordable plan to pay off my unit. I’m glad I chose NASA and if you are in need of any assistance with your A/C unit this is the company you want. I highly highly recommend them!
I called them out for an A/C compressor with an apparently failed cooling fan. The bid to fix that came back higher than I was expecting, but the technician noted that the evaporator was r410a compatible and suggested that we upgrade the compressor. I asked them to prepare a quotation, and the price was reasonable to me. The new compressor was delayed in shipping quite a bit, and apparently lost in shipping eventually. At the last minute, they located a different compressor and installed it on a Saturday. I think that went above and beyond. In my opinion, they were thorough, careful, and considerate. I would definitely recommend them.

Service/technician was excellent. I had another company perform my AC tune up and 4 days later encountered problems. NASA mechanical to the rescue! Although they were sent by my home warranty company they will be my new A/C company for service and repair. They found the wires that were more than likely left loose by the other folks (who recommended that I may need to replace my systems and gave extreme quotes for other items I may want to consider them upgrading/repairing) Tech Sal was responsive and professional. Even apologized for the delay caused by the warranty company requirements although it was not on NASA Mechanical's part. I highly recommend them if your system needs a tune-up or has an issue.
I’ve used this company for air conditioning repairs & maintenance for many years. For home & business. Known the owner since he was a teenager. Always reliable & good work. He also repaired my 50-year-old coke machine when I couldn’t find anyone else to work on it. Highly recommend.

I have never had a HVAC service who I did not have to call someone else because something new broke. If it is broken, he WILL fix it, and you will not have to worry about it breaking again. Great service.
