Yes all the negative reviews are true this guy Del will take your money and do an install and sell you a warranty. When something does happen you will get a hold of him once he will say ok I will call you back and then continue to block your number. We will be taking legal action against this company after multiple text messages and emails and voicemails I gave you a chance to do what’s right but now I’m sorry we will be taking you to court. Hope the 5k was worth it.
Buyer Beware! 5 ton AC unit installed July 11, 2019. The following day, I noticed the line to the home frozen and the temperature inside the house was warmer (78F) than outside (72F). After promising to fix the issue, and setting date to service it, Del has not shown up, called, or returned texts for 5-consecutive days. He was super responsive before I paid in full. Now I can't get a return phone call or text. I imagine the good reviews are when things go right. However, when they go wrong, don't expect a call from Del -especially if you paid in full. Pictures of frozen pipe and leakage at the furnace from frozen plenum.
