I woke up to a cold house and knew my furnace was to blame. I tried a few things to get it going, but no luck. I called Nanfito, and he came out right away. Nanfito was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. Heard about Christian through a co worker. Called late on evening about water under my furnace when the ac was running. We scheduled a appointment the next day and was on time. Christian was very professional and explained what he thinks the problem is. He went right to work and in no time repair was done. Very kind and honest and didn't try to up sell me. My A/C went out on the first 90 degree day here in Omaha, I called multiple HVAC contractors and nobody could come out to help. Found Christian through a colleague, and he was there that afternoon. My dad is a 40+ year HVAC professional, and Christian gladly walked through why I needed a whole new system with my Dad on the phone. Technical stuff I don't understand but Dad signed off and said he knows what he's doing. I will always call Mr. Nanfito for my home, my rental units, and refer to friends because he's honest, dependable, and prompt. Thank you Christian!
