Mark was great to work with and really professional. He was able to come out the next day and he diagnosed and fixed our air conditioning in a matter of minutes. He replaced our capacitor, checked the refrigerant and cleared the intake vents for a great price. I definitely recommend him!
He installed A Zoned Damper system To better control the temperature in a 3-level house. Now everyone is comfortable year-round.

Mark was everything I hope for in a contractor. He communicated well (both in person and via phone/email), showed up when he said he would, made budget friendly suggestions, gave guidance when I needed, and charged reasonably. He's continued to follow up with us as well. He was recommended to us by another contractor that uses Mark exclusively. He removed two old furnaces and converted us to a two-stage single furnace. The work he performed for us was in October 2018. We've made it through the winter and now well into the summer heat. We are very happy with the work performed!
Mark Nave is a trustworthy and competent HVAC specialist. He's saved many people thousands of dollars by giving them only what they needed. Often he does the "cleanup" after another HVAC person tells a home owner they need a new air conditioner or furnace. In fact they often only need routine maintenance. We need more people like Mark Nave and NAF Service Company.
