Couldn’t stress enough to avoid this company at all cost.
This last Saturday night my unit stopped heating/cooling. Had another company come out and quoted me $1800 to replace our 2 zone board that had stopped working and was told we should probably just upgrade our units for 18k instead and that was it. So I had N-tex come out, same day, and they were able to bypass the board for me so that I could at least have heat for the time being by turning it on/off manually by switching the breakers on the unit and stated the other company should have at least done that so we could have heat. Later that day was given a quote by N-Tex which was a a lot less than the first quote we were given and it was installed the very next day and now everything works again as if nothing happened. Never pushed the new units or anything but inquired about that anyways as our units are indeed getting older but still have some time to go. Even that quote came at half the quote of the first company. N-TEX will be our first and only choice from here on out! Thank you soooo much for being such an honest company and actually providing excellent care and professionalism during people's time in need!
Shady shady shady!!! Quoted one price and paid. Then they added additional charge even though the owner said we were paid in full. Even the tech’s agreed with us. Horrible owner should lose business license!!!!!!🤬
What a shady shady shady company...horrible service and horrible work ethics...just found out, our hvac tech(the only good employee) Dustin was let go from the company and not paid for his services. When the company was contacted they say he never worked there. If you value your time and money ..don't use this location.2020 is hard enough without you stealing from your employees
Extremely unprofessional owner. When told that we would be getting a second quote from another company to compare, we were told ‘WTF’ and ‘to go ahead and use someone else and forget about the discounts’.
If you want one of the most dishonest and rude service guys around then this is the place to go! If I could give them a worse rating I would. After days of waiting around and delays due to our warranty company, finally N-Tex was contracted to come out and check out our heating problem. They came, figured out the problem, fixed it and then asked us to pay the $45 service visit fee. We told them that prior to them coming we had already paid the minimum service charges to the warranty company and N-Tex was to work with them on that. The service guy was obviously not happy and then without a word he ran back up inside our home to the attic area, came back down, jumped into his vehicle, backed up and sped away as if they were evading the cops. We didn’t know what to make of it, and didn’t think twice. Little did we know that the guy had gone back up and disconnected our lines and run away! Only again a few days later when the next service company came did we find out! We have small kids at home and this was in peak winter, and for such practices I don’t think they deserve to be in business.
Heather and Mike were VERY courteous and kind. I had an unfortunate AC problem in the middle of a heat streak, and they were fast to act upon my issue, and worked with me. Grade A customer Service! I’ll be going back to them for sure!
Was "on the schedule" for 3 days. Got tired of waiting. Pathetic

Rafiel came out to my home on a home warranty call. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed my problem in a short period of time and gave me several options for the solution. Unfortunately my home warranty company didn’t cover any of them. Working in the mechanical field, I am having my system replaced through my company to avoid using my home warranty company
Mr. Orr really watched out for me. He was very helpful in getting my family out of this Texas heat. He actually replaced all of my AC components with brand new ones. So I ended up with a basically brand new AC unit at a fraction of the cost!
Great service, and very nice and helpful tech's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
Once the technician got to my house he was great. We had to reschedule a few times though. Overall it was a good experience.
1st and last experience with them! They called me this morning and said someone would be out today to check my AC. It was nearing 5pm and they hadn't called so I called them. The woman contacted the tech and he said he got stuck at an install and would have to schedule me for tomorrow. But nobody bothered to call me as I sat home and burned a vacation day. I cancelled with them and have a different company coming tomorrow. Very unprofessional.
I signed up for the maintenance program for a year around April and all I was able to get from them It is a cheap filter, the owner is RUDE, asked for a refund but he totally refused to do it, filed a complaint with BBB but they did not helped at all, stay away from this AC company!
Don’t use there services they are liars whole family run the business and ripping off customers. They over charge you and broke your unit. Look for some reasonable service company. They are scammers !! Beware!!
My heater went out on Wednesday evening so I called that evening and they came out first thing on Thursday morning. They had wonderful customer service and were able to get my heater fixed as quickly as they good. I am extremely grateful as the cold weather is approaching! Definitely recommend, exceptional service!!
I used N-Tex , they came out because my A/C wasn't cooling got it fixed in a timely manner , the office has great customer service. I will definitely have them back at my home and would recommend them to anyone!!
N-Tex came to my home to repair my AC unit, the technician was a half hour late outside the 2 hour window. The technician wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with my blower motor and complained about the office taking the ticket since I was so far away from the office . They where called back about the blower motor still not working and they blamed my thermostat as the issue. I will NOT have them back at my residence to perform any other work.
Excellent Service!! Fast and ON TIME! Fair, honest pricing! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know! Hands down, the coolest company out there
