Great Service All Around..They same out on the Same day to fix a minor issue with the A/C. The individual was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experence with N-Case Heating and Cooling. He came out promptly, on time, and did a thorough job installing a new furnace for the exact amount quoted. When I needed help on a related issue a couple days later, he.came right immediately and completed that job, also. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.
Contacted Q N-Case Heating and Cooling on a Saturday afternoon on the hottest day of the summer and they arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed my AC issues and fixed everything within an hour. Also, gave me a tutorial on upkeep for my AC unit. Great service!!!!

Me and the wife noticed that the AC didn't seem to be cooling down the house. It turned out the thing wasn't working. As a new home owner I was freaking out. Then I was given a card for Mr. Baker Sweis at N-Case Heating and Cooling. I called him and he arived withing maybe 30 minutes. Then he had the AC fixed withing an hour and its running fine. Guy really saved the day.

I had a problem with my furnace on the coldest night of this winter. They came the very next morning less than an hour after called. They were courteous and quick I’m fixing the problem. Extremely reasonably priced and fair with the charges.
My furnace went out in the middle of the night at 3am and Baker answered right away. He was able to figure out the issue with the furnace within 10 minutes and fix my heat in no time. I highly recommend baker for anyone needing assistance when their heat goes out.

Wonderful customer service! Called him out at midnight on a Sunday night due to no heat. He came right out and fixed the issue. He even encouraged us to learn from him. Answered questions that weren’t directly related to repair as well. Didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Highly highly recommend and will refer him to anyone who asks.

Baker was exactly the professional we hoped to find! We woke up to a cold house. He was quick to respond to our inquiry. Showed up when he said. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was courteous and answered my questions. I will be keeping his number for the future.
