Replying to Gary’s comment gas was not in the quote of the job scope. He asked me if I would run the gas for the house after I was done of the rough in work. So I had to charge a new work order. I asked him several times to let me know when the propane guy was going to be there so I could be there at the same time. The whole In the wall was not me which was the propane guy did it. Then on the line set for the air conditioner which was just right on the other side of the outside of the wall. Everything was sealed up with with pvc sleeve.
I used Nick for a new construction pole barn house HVAC system. I can provide pictures of the work done. I had Suburban Propane come out after his install to connect LP gas to the house. Nick had a regulator inside the home that number one was leaking number to not properly installed. I paid Suburban Propane to fix the problem reached out to Nick to see if he would make it right after overcharging me for that portion of the install which the original quote was for $11,500 knowing that I was putting LP gas in the garage as well. I was charged an extra $900 by Nick. I have text message proof from him stating he would make it right and reimbursed me for it and since he has ghosted me When I reach out to him about the situation. Just do not want others to have to deal with this problem not to mention the big hole in my drywall or the fact that the line sets should have been ran before Spray Foam and there was plenty of time to do so, and he waited until after Spray Foam so now they’re not sealed properly on top of the caulking around the furnace and exterior of my brand new home that is very unprofessional looking
Nick was fast, communicative, and very reasonably priced! He saved the day when our furnace needed to be repaired. Will certainly use him in the future!
Nick has been wonderful to work with! He has been honest with response time and has been there when he has said he was going to be. He always calls me back when I call and leave him a message. I understand he can't always pick up the phone as he is working but there has never been a time he has not gotten back with me. Great business to work with. Nick has done everything from serviced, repaired, and replaced our furnace and A/C units in my personal home but also our rental properties as well. Always professional. Does not try to upsell his services or equipment which will make me want to use him for other services in the future. I understand he is trying to make money too, what business isn't, but he has never tried to sell me things that I have not needed or not was required to heat and cool my home or rental properties. This is why we will always call Nick when we need him as well as refer him to other people. With his great attitude, great customer service, and honest and fair business dealings he will always have my business.

Nick from N & B came out and replaced our non functional 30 year old system. The install was quick, clean and professional. Nick took the time to explain the new system to us and make sure all of our questions were answered. Nick was great to work with and very professional. This place is the best! Realized we were having some issues with our system and text Nick. He responded right away and came to the house and fixed our issue and got our system working correctly. He even moved our thermostat so that it was in a better spot so the system would work even better!!! I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
I would very much recommend N&B HVAC. They were prompt and honest. No hidden costs, their estimate was what they charged. Quick workers too, they removed old furnace that was in the attice and replaced it and ac unit in about 5 hours. We're very pleased.
We had a really great experience with Nick! We found out about him through our home warranty (American Home Shield). Nick provided immediate assistance & came out the very same day when our a/c went out during one of the hottest weeks of this summer. We really appreciate his professionalism & quality service!!
We had a problem with our A/C, they stopped by and fixed a problem that saved us a lot of money. We'll need to buy a new A/C unit in the future and N&B will be where we go to have it set up. Can not speak more positively about the experience.
