I cannot express how much help My HVAC Advocate was during this process. I have zero understanding of HVAC and needed help! While apprehensive initially, the zoom call set my mind at ease. It honestly helped to see that there was a person at the other end working to meet my needs and making sure that I was getting the best value for the work I needed. Having multiple estimates was helpful, but honestly I would recommend them for the people. They clearly cared about my situation. Finally, I think it is important to note that responsiveness is not an issue. They were instantly available when I had questions or concerns.
