Rodney and Angel did the installation and all went well. they were not able to measure the temp differential because the outside temp was too cool and be able set the fan speed. I believe that a time will have to be set for someone to come back and finish the setup. It seems to be running fast. Service men were very good, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you. Arturo installed and set up new thermostat and adjusted fan speed and checked out temperatures. All seems to be working correctly at this time. Since it is cool again today it remains to be seen how well the changes will work until it is warm enough to run the AC. Thank you.
Leonard, was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the issue with our ac unit within minutes and then had the solution a few moments later. I would highly recommend My Guy Heating and Air!
I have used My Guy Heating and Air for 3 yrs for maintenance of HVAC system. We purchase the annual plan and they show up twice a year to maintain AC in spring and heating in fall. Arturo is kind, professional, and explains the process. They keep our HVAC system running in tip top shape all year around. Thank you My Guy Heating and Air!!

What a company!! There were issues. Nothing big or out of the ordinary, but they were always on point when called or texted with said issues. They even installed equipment free of charge because he wanted to make everything went smoothly going forward! I will not use anyone else for my Heating or AC!!

I can't imagine how it could have done better. They provided space heaters as our furnace just stopped working. The equipment selection and advice was excellent.

My Guy did a good job of communicating to set expectations and efficiently delivered on their commitments at a good price. In particular Leonard (Supervisor) and Dianna (Scheduler) did very well. I would use them again.

Arturo showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and considerate. He explained what he was doing and why, and was able to get our unit fixed and running well as well as letting us know what needs to be done coming up. I feel good about using their services in the future because I feel like they were honest and trustworthy with their diagnostics and explanations of why things needed to be done!
