My home warranty company Elevate hired them to replace a control board. They replaced it but said we should consider running new wiring for our thermostat. I asked for a price and they never got back to me. A few days later the AC quit working again. I called to have them come back and take a look they said they would come later that day, never showed up. Said they would come the next day, same story. Called & texted the next week with no repsonse. I wouldn't recomend them at all.
This company was hired back in December through my Home Warranty company, Elevate. They came out and determined there were two parts that needed to be repaired. They came back to repair them and only repaired one of the two parts and told me they would be back to put the additional part in. They gave me a card to contact them if I needed. It is now March 1st. They never returned to repair and replace the other identified broken part. I have called, texted.. my fiancé has called and texted with no responses. Very unprofessional and disappointing to have not even the courtesy to call back or touch base with us. Had they called us and explained, we would have been understanding but we were completely ghosted with broken parts still in our unit. Do not recommend.
Excellent service at a great price. Knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They upgraded my home to central air and replaced the old furnace. Would use them again
We bought our first home with a 30+ year old AC and 18+ old furnace. Mike took great care to research and help us find the right AC and furnace that met our needs and price range. He found us the greatest value and bang for our buck. He talked out all the pros and cons of different units until we felt confident with our decision. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He did a great job with installation and even caught a leaky pipe that had been leaking for quite some time our inspector didn’t find. Very easy to talk to. His pricing beat out everyone and was very transparent. We really appreciated his transparency and honesty. He treats his clients like family. To top it all off, he’s a really nice guy. Highly recommend!! (Units have been working fantastically for several months now through one some very extreme temps)
Mike and his team John and Sam have restored my faith in humanity, not only were they the best price by a mile, they showed up on time. Handled the install professionally and very clean. If you need HVAC you’ve found the best.
Great service!! We were quoted thousands of dollars for repairs and maintenance on our system. I’m so glad I got a second option from Family comfort! They were able to repair my AC and get our home cool again in the heat of summer at less then half the cost!!! They are professional and take time to listen. They repair was done quickly and has been perfect! Can’t thank them enough 7 stars out of 5!!
