Mauricio went above and beyond today with the relocation of my HVAC unit. I would recommend anyone work with him. He was very friendly and very fair on price.
Air conditioning unit stopped working and Maurico came out the same day to assess what was wrong. We needed a new unit and he sent estimates the next morning. Within 48 hrs we had new unit installed with new thermostat. Excellent service again. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner went out late Sunday evening. I took a chance and went with MVM based on their reviews. They called back in less than 5 minutes and came out in about an hour. Maurico found the problem in less than a minute. He didn't have the part on the truck but he was back at my house before 8am the next morning with the part. He installed it in 5 minutes! Maurico is professional, responsive and gave a fair price. I will definitely call him again. Thanks so much!
I used MVM Home Services LLC as a friend's referral when my AC system didn't start. Knowing that my system needed a replacement, Mauricio at the MVM Home Services provided a great proposal for entire system and was able for quick installation. All of the contractors I have used in the past, MVM Home Services shoots right on the top. I can very highly recommend this company.
Mauricio was super professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called in the evening and the next morning, he was able to come and repair my AC. He answered all questions in great detail and was polite and personable. Excellent customer service. Definitely using his service again and highly recommend.

Great experience. Mauricio was a true professional. My ducts ended up being pretty clear so he instead did some system maintenance. I appreciate his genuine nature. He also loves animals, which is always a plus for me who owns 2 cats. Update: I texted Mauricio that my A/C unit was making such a loud noise that even my neighbor noticed. He responded quickly and was able to come by to see it the same day. He was though and explained to me what the issue was and showed me that our compressor was not performing where it needed to be. He promptly replaced it and even cleaned my A/C units coils and put on new insulation just to go the extra mile. I highly recommend him.
One of my two AC units quit working. Two HVAC companies said that I needed to replace the entire unit at significant cost. MVM diagnosed the problem as only a defective fan motor. MVM replaced the motor for substantially less than the cost of replacing the entire AC unit. The AC unit has been working fine since. MVM is a customer-oriented company that is prompt, friendly, and competent. I strongly recommend MVM.
Mauricio was so nice! I was running late but he was very understanding and waited for me to arrive. He checked a few things out for me, quickly diagnosed my issue and gave tips on how to prevent in the future. 10/10!

Mauricio showed up right on time. He looked around and came back with great news. Our ducts didn't need cleaning. It was so refreshing to have an honest contractor tell me we didn't need cleaning. I will certainly use his services in the future.
Mauricio helped me not once, but twice as this week! I had construction performed in my house and it was filled with dust. He did an excellent job cleaning my HVAC ducts and repairing some motor components. I haven’t been able to breathe this well in months! A few days later I heard a scratching sound coming from my HVAC exhaust duct. I texted Mauricio and he was able to swing by a few hours later. It turned out to be a baby bird who had fallen down my chimney. He rescued the bird and referred someone to fix/close the hole at the top of my chimney. If I could give 10 stars I would! Mauricio is responsive, more than fairly priced, does not recommend services that are unwarranted and has a super cheerful personality. Highly recommend!
Mauricio is amazing! He was at my house less than an hour after I called, very communicative at every step of the process, and explained the problems he saw and the steps to fix them. I appreciate learning about how my home works and Mauricio invited me to watch him work and explained the various steps he was checking. I will be using MVM again for my next HVAC issue! UPDATE 2023-03-08: Used Mauricio again for duct cleaning. Once again, he was incredibly personable, professional, and communicative. I have no reason to look elsewhere for this kind of work. When he needed parts, he kept us apprised of when they would arrive and then scheduled his follow-up visits to accommodate our busy schedules. Mauricio was friendly, reassuring, and, most importantly, did a terrific job. We've known Mauricio for two years; over time, he has always been there when we need him. MVM is the kind of home service company we're proud to refer our friends and family to. We highly recommend MVM Home Service for anyone who needs help with HVAC service. Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Mauricio knew what to fix with our heater and was so helpful throughout the whole process. He was prompt and professional. This is our second time working with MVM Home Service and they have done a great job again!
Excellent service. I had a leaky HVAC system and couldn't find where the leak was coming from. Mauricio found it within minutes. He made himself available the same day. He came over and fixed our leaky system and explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned and tested everything to ensure that it wasn't leaking anymore. Very good service! I asked him to do a cleaning of the ducts but he honestly told me that I didn't need it - saving me money. I'll be calling him back over to service our HVAC system in the future!
