Murphy is an ANGEL!!!! Not a single HVAC company was available for the whole week - but Murphy came through for us to fix our AC unit without hesitation! He was kind, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and very quick. I highly recommend using his services for you HVAC needs!!
Paul was very responsive and returned my call within a few minutes. He showed up within 30 minutes. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. The issue was a bad capacitor on my downstairs A/C unit. He diagnosed and fixed it promptly. While he was on site, he took a look at my upstairs A/C at my request. It wasn't working as efficiently as it should, so he took the opportunity to get it running to maximum efficiency. He completed the visit in about an hour. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of A/C service. Thanks Paul!

Mr. Murphy service was fantastic. I called him at 8:30 Monday morning and was at my house by 9. He assessed our A/C unit and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Our A/C was up and running in minutes. Mr. Murphy's prices were reasonable. I will definitely go back to Mr. Murphy for any A/C problems in the future. Highly recommend!

We are so happy to have found Murphy's A/C Repair! He is fast, ethical and very reasonable! We recently called on a Saturday and he was there in about 20 minutes! Paul diagnosed and fixed our A/C at no charge even though the part was out of warranty! We highly recommend using his service!
After calling a few other AC repair numbers he was the only one who personally answered, he came over within 30 mins! He was able to get the AC issue resolved for us quickly. I would highly recommend!

Although it was a busy week due to the heat, we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Paul was on-time, professional, well prepared, honest & charged a very fair price. I called and left a voicemail and Mr. Murphy returned my call in 10 minutes. We agreed for him to come to our house between 1 pm to 3 pm the next day and he came at 1:05 pm. I showed him the AC unit and he got his tools, looked inside and knew right off the bat that the capacitor was no good. Our system hasn't been serviced for 15 years so it took a toll on the contactor. He said it will still work but if I want he can change it to avoid future issues and save on service call. So I had him change it. It's about time anyway. The old contactor already did it's job for 15 years. I also had him clean the unit with the solution that he has to start fresh with a newly serviced AC unit. He worked so fast he didn't even pause once. He's been doing it for 30 years, no wonder why. Thank God, I found Mr. Murphy. I'll be calling him in the future for our AC repair needs. I highly recommend his service.
Paul Murphy just left our house. This is the 2nd time we call him in the last 2 months. The first time he replaced a part and charged us a very reasonable price. Our air stopped working again, he came and found out the part he replaced was defective. This very HONEST guy did not charged us to replace the part or for the service call. He could just have said it was another problem! Seniors, you can hire this guy for your A/C repairs, he will NOT take you for a ride and ripe you off your hard earned money. They are not many trusty repair companies out there, MURPHY'S A/C REPAIR is one you can fully trust.
All perfect reviews of this company on here and Yelp, and I'll add another: Paul responded quickly--within minutes of me leaving a message. I picked this company initially because 1) of the fantastic reviews, but 2) I noticed in his website photo that his truck and his personal appearance looked very "together". Sure enough, he came prepared with all equipment and tools to assess, educate (gaining approval every step of the way) and repair my unit. He and his work were clean, organized, efficient, and thorough. And... the total bill came in well below what I had agreed to--an indication of a man with great integrity--working to do the right thing. This is by far the best AC repair I've ever had done!

I don't usually write reviews but Murphy's AC repair went above and beyond. I called Paul to see if he can come check out our AC that shut off on us on one of the hottest days we had in a while. He came the very next morning, addressed all the problems and answered all my questions. He followed up the next few days to make sure AC was still working properly. I definitely recommend him to anyone. Once you go with him you'll see why he is rated 5 out of 5 stars on many websites like YELP. I won't use anyone else.
Murphy's A/C Repair already has a boatload of well deserved 5 star ratings and nothing less. THE "EMERGENCY" THAT STARTED IT ALL On Sunday, September 19th our bigger upstairs air conditioner stopped working and believe me it was scorching hot that day. SO BEGINS THE SEARCH ONLINE FOR REALLY REPUTABLE BUSINESSES TO FIX MY PROBLEM - I FOUND A GEM I started looking for emergency air conditioning repair in my local market and Yelp played a big role in my decision. Several other local HVAC air conditioning repair companies had many reviews and showed up first in Google and Yelp but some of the negative reviews were cause enough for concern that I continue to look for a higher quality review profile and found it with Murphy's air conditioning repair. Although it had fewer reviews, it still have plenty, around 30 for any problems to show up. That was not the case. In fact, not only were all 30+ reviews good but they were all 5 star. No one else had that track record and one of the latest reviews said he deserves all of his 5 star ratings and let me tell you, that is absolutely true. ANYONE COULD HAVE TRIED TO OVER-SELL ME I don't know a lot about air conditioners but I have a pretty good understanding of how anything electrical or mechanical works. The compressor was screeching and howling until it set off the circuit breaker. The cooling fan was not running. Then I knew I might be looking at an entire air conditioning replacement but after 10 or 15 minutes I turned the system back on and the compressor had its usual quiet running sound so I turned it off right away and contacted Murphy's air conditioning repair. TRUE TO HIS WORD, HE RESPONDED SO FAST I WAS ALMOST SHOCKED His voicemail said he checks his messages every hour and that he would call back. Several other companies here locally offer emergency repairs but the other one I had left a message for did not call me until Monday morning. Another had too many negatives and I didn't want to be sold an entire system i
