Scheduled them for 9:00 am Saturday when our ac went out. They didn’t show up. When I called they were like ‘oh we didn’t know’.
Called Multipoint and they were at my home promptly and give me an honest quote. They are quick, professional and very friendly. I will use them again.

Best customer service i had since i moved to texas from Hawaii After a few days of bad weather I noticed our ac wasn't working like it used to, with the ac on with thermostat set to 69 degrees and inside temperature was staying at 89 degrees all day. I reached out to them and spoke to them and they came out the next day at 8 am in morning working in the mud after yesterdays big rain diagnosing what was wrong with my ac. They were very professional and they new what they where doing and explained to me that my outside unit had a bad capacitor and fan motor i gave them the ok and they fixed everything and also checked the Compressor to make sure everything was good to go with my ac system. Now my kids are happy and my wife is happy boy did they save me from another day with a angry wife. Trust me nothing is worse than dealing with a woman who is mad because it's 90 degrees in the house sweating and irritable. I wanna thank the guys for coming out and taking care of my family by fixing our ac.
