They put a Wi-Fi unit on my new system and the tech keeps playing with it at 4am!
Fixed a cooling duct issue and picked up our wine cellar cooler for repair in December. Technician was very professional. However, we did not get any updates for the cooler for 4 months after multiple calls. Finally received the message that the cooler was ready to pick up, but when brought home, it was still not working. 5 more calls later to the front desk and even after stating that I will leave a negative feedback online, there is still not even a courtesy call back or an offer for a refund. Will never use this company again.

I had heat issues. Called Mulligan heating and a technician (Joel comez) visited my place and said secondary heat exchange went bad. He recommended to replace the whole furnace. I have accepted their proposal to replace the furnace. Derek and Tylor came in with brand new furnace and did fantastic job. They were very friendly, professional and thorough. Derek even installed Google Nest Thermostat per my request. Derek was super friendly and a great person. Love their service. I strongly recommend Mulligan Heating for your heating needs.
I hired Mulligan to work on my heat exchanger issue. Mulligan Tech specialist checked the furnace and confirmed that only secondary heat exchanger needs to be replaced (It turned out not to be true later). They agreed to replace the secondary heat exchanger as part of warranty. However, later, They said replacing only secondary exchanger will not be enough. At that point, I decided that I would rather replace the furnace. Mulligan still wanted me to charge for the labor even though it was their mistake in diagnosis. They thought that replacing secondary heat exchanger was enough, which was not the case. Very unhappy with Mulligan to not own their own mistake.
Had heating issues on Christmas Eve. Xavier the tech was great, professional and thorough. Furnace ran fine for him; however, he kept looking for root cause which he found. He repaired the issue. Very thankful they responded to emergency service. Highly recommend this company.

Joe was AWESOME. I'm very fussy about shoes in the house and he had the "Little Boot'es for his feel. He put them on right away. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He ran some other tests to make the system ran as it should. Joe did a great job and was very professional. Highly recommend Mulligan!
I had Mulligan Heating install a gas furnace in my garage. They ran a gas line from my basement into my attached garage and installed a gas furnace. They seemed to have significant experience with this type of installation and knew what they were doing. I really appreciated that they were able to get the installation in very quickly. The quality of the work was extremely professional. I would recommend them for a gas furnace installation.
I had an excellent experience! Not only did I leave a message on Friday at 2:30 asking someone to come out, they had someone out within an hour to look at my system. The individuals that came out were professional, reasonable in their quote, and best of all the air conditioning is working better than it ever did before. Thank you so much for your responsiveness!!!

We appreciated the emergency service however the technician was not very experienced and ended up turning our unit off after he got it started. He claimed we had CO issues and said we needed a new boiler costing $6,600. A different company came out and fixed the unit for $400 and there are no CO issues. Always get a second opinion.

The two technicians that serviced my hot water tank were very professional and very honest. They gave me options to save money.
The initial person came out identified the problem and set up for the part to be installed the next day with the costs being as identified and expected. Part covered by warranty- I have to pay for labor to install the part. Labor time was 15 minutes to install the part.(I paid $40 for 30 minutes) The next day it was set up for the part to be installed. The tech came by installed the part, validates it worked. Asked me what I was told for the cost- told him no more than $40. I was then told it would be $75.00. When questioned it came down to $60. Finally $50.00, I was told he had to cover travel????? Just be careful in what you are going to get charged.

We have been with Mulligan Heating for 25 years. They installed the first heating system and air conditioner. We would not consider switching to another contractor.
