We needed someone to check out why our AC was underperforming during a home sale inspection and wanted to get it checked out ASAP. Travis was able to come within an hour and a half from another call and was able to locate the issue and resolve it all in a matter of hours. Best customer service, great response time and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative and very helpful. We are so happy with MTS and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for your hard work!

Can't recommend Travis and MTS air enough! They were very responsive, on time and figured out what was wrong quickly and repaired the issue. Their rates are very reasonable. We originally brought a bigger ac company over that wanted to charge $800 for a $50 part and it wasn't even the right part that was broken after Travis came over and determined
Travis literally just left our house and I am beyond impressed. Our fan wasn’t blowing in the AC unit and we noticed it getting hotter upstairs. With a quick google search MTS was the first to pop up. I read all the 5 star reviews and called him. He called me back in 30 minutes and was at my house within 2 hours. Our AC was repaired within 30 minutes. Not only did he take the time to explain things but was beyond personable. Someone I’d for sure consider a friend.

I don’t have enough good things to say about our multiple experiences dealing with Meagan and Travis and their company. Honesty and integrity is often hard to find in this field and MTS sets the bar in my opinion. From handling my routine maintenance to replacing my system when it finally needed it, their work has always been top notch. I highly recommend MTS for any of your HVAC needs.
Our up stairs AC unit went out at the end of fall this past year. The wife and had two quotes done at that time. We decide to wait until after the first of the year to do a complete overhaul, start the year off fresh. After hearing about Travis from an old neighbor we decided to give him a call, best call I've ever made! Not only was Travis on time he has a very honest and genuine vibe. You can tell he loves his business and has pride in his work and compassion for his customers. Travis bid the job and his bid came back lower than the other two company. I thought is this real! He emailed me the quote and low and behold there it was in writing. I emailed him back and said YES! We did a esign work contract sameday. I get a call a day later, it's Travis, I thought oh no. Travis was able to get me a larger seer for the same money, now my savings just increased. Work day comes. Travis said he would be here at 8 am, he was here at 745 unloading and rang the bell at 8, again on time! The job went off without a hitch. His guys worked so respectfully, that means the world my wife and I both work from home. They replaced both furnace and both outside units within a few short hours. Travis stayed and educated me on the new units and upgraded thermostats for about an hour. Thanks for that! We upgraded to the once a year Honeywell filter and Travis walked me through that service and will be back to do the first change. I can't praise him enough, it's hard to find okay services these days and to find great service is like finding a gem stone. Thank you to MTS Air.
If you are looking for a reliable company to look after your HVAC, Travis is the top of the line. Once you are his customer, he takes care of you like you are his own family, and we are so grateful to have found him.
We cannot recommend Travis with MTS Air more highly. Our AC went out in the hottest week in August and Travis got us going again in no time. He addressed our problem, responded knowledgeably to questions and didn't try to upsell us on a lot of stuff we didn't need. Do yourself a favor and contact MTS the next time you need heating or air conditioning work.
MTS Air is THE BEST! They were so incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and they provide excellent, quality work. They were even super quiet because they knew my baby was taking a nap! Soo unbelievably considerate. I’ll definitely be calling MTS Air for any future AC repair needs. I can’t recommend them enough!
Outstanding service and honest. My air conditioner went out on a Sunday and Travis returned my call immediately. The unit is over 15 years old, so I for sure thought I was going to have to replace it. Travis assured me he could fix it and it would be good for at least another year. He had it up and running within the hour. Very reasonable pricing and I will be a customer moving forward.

I had 3 different companies come out to quote and Travis with MTS Air took the most time to not only quote, but explain exactly what it was that I would be paying for with my unit replacement. Between that and him being a really fair price, we chose him to do the job. He came out exactly when he said he would and always looked for ways to go above and beyond rather than just doing the bare minimum. He also tried to help me out by writing a report for the current condition that my unit was in for our Home Warranty company. Super impressed and thankful to have had him do the job!

Our Air conditioner quit cooling and we called Travis with MTS-Air, he came out that day evaluated the problem, which ended up being a bad coil. Quoted us a price, we accepted it. He ordered the Coil, came back to install the Coil and it was lower than the original estimate price. We first used MTS in the summer of 2019 and we decided then that that is who we would use for all of our AC needs from now on. Not only a great company, but a great family man as well.
My A/C lost cooling early Sunday morning and my go to A/C repair technician was not available. I contacted Travis of MTS Air and he was very responsive to my call. He showed up early, asked if we could meet safely outside due to COVID-19 protocols. He saw what was needed, made the repair quickly and charged a fair price. I will be calling Travis in the future based on his excellent service.
