This company is actually Tiger Plumbing! First guy to show up that day and was a young guy dressed all nice who had no idea how to fix my leak. So they had to send a guy out the next day who thought he fixed it after he caught my house of fire failing to use his heat shield using his blow torch. The second and third trips also thought they had it fixed but the leak continued. The 4th trip they were able to get the leak completely fixed. They did the repair for free because of the fire.
I had to call on Christmas Eve to have someone check my furnance. Ray Smith was the tech who came out. He was very nice and did a great job. I was having a party and he did his job to keep my guests warm. He explained everything to me. He is an asset to Mt Everest Air. I have always had good service from the techs that have come to the house. Everyone is courteous and friendly to deal with.
Steve Grable from Mt. Everest Air arrived on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job was finished. Thank you. Great job.
I have been using Tiger Plumbing since 2007 and Mt.Everest Air had installed a new furnace and also central air have also upgraded to member club have always had good response and the tech's have always been courteous. Just had the yearly inspection on the furnace our Tech was very thorough and explained everything. Extremely happy with Mt. Everest Air. have recommended them to friends
