I was charged $300.00 for a diagnostic. They refused the groupon. The tech had no idea what he was doing and left without fixing anything or knowing what was wrong. I would never recommend this company. Shop around!
I will never use them I had a Groupon for $60 that I purchased and they'll give me $120 worth of credit the guy said that the tech would honor it when the tech came in I showed him the Groupon and he said he doesn't take that when I called the company to let them know they said they would refund my account and they never refunded my account the tech did not even look like he knew what he was doing all he was doing is guessing they charged me $300 for a diagnostics 300 for them to tell me what was wrong with it that doesn't go towards the repairs they charge you for the repairs and for the diagnostics on top of that and then he said the repairs would cost $600 and ended up changing it later to 900 when I complained about it they didn't even try to offer to send out another tech or just send somebody else out to read check it to see if he was right or not so before you use this company I would call around first
