They did an excellent job with affordable price
Paresh is honest, reliable and takes pride in the quality of his work. He takes the time to explain/educate in detail how my system works and how to keep it running for a long time. I appreciate Paresh honesty in telling me that my HVAC system is still in good conditioner and how long it useally lastif service annually. I will definitely be using Paresh for my future projects which include a new system and ductwork. Thank you and I appreciate you rearranging your schedule in such short notice!

Our friend recommended him, so we asked him to repair our AC. His response was very quick. He was well prepared and came to our house on time. And he checked carefully, repaired our AC and gave us a clear idea of what happened. He is wonderful and kind. His work is very professional. It is highly recommended to ask him to repair the air conditioner.

I've been using MRI Mechanical for 2 years now. Paresh is a complete professional. He's quick to responses, request, and most recent emergency. My A/C unit wasn't blowing out cold air. He quickly identified the issue and came prepared to fix and resolve. I see no reason not to continue doing business with his company.

Mr. Patel is the only person I trust to service my HVAC system. It's older than me, and is still going, thanks to his professional care. The compressor's almost 20 years old, and thanks to a new capacitor my house is cool again, just in time for summer. I understand that the unit's on borrowed time, so when it needs be replaced, I will trust no one but MRI Mechanical to do the job. I highly recommend!

During the winter we had an issue, our heater began to make a loud noise and eventually stopped working. I called MRI Mechanical Inc., and Paresh was very responsive. He helped me triage the issue over the phone to ensure that I indeed require his service instead of wasting money. Once it became apparent that my furnace was malfunctioning, he came to my house the same day on his day off. He quickly diagnosed the problem and inquired if my unit was registered. I was not aware of it, but Paresh managed to figure out that my unit was still under warranty. He helped me save over $500.00 for new parts, and fixed the unit in no time. His fee was very reasonable, and his response was efficient. He was very thorough, and explained every process, so an inexperienced person can learn and manage things on their own. In my experience it is a hassle to find good serviceman, but I was very happy with MRI Mechanical Inc., I will certainly use them for future services, and have recommended him to family and friends because of his honest and superb service.
Our heater motor broke right before a big snowstorm. Paresh responded to our call right away and had it fixed that day before the storm. A lifesaver! Highly recommended

The team from MRI was amazing! We had issues with our really old Furnace, requested service and they were able to come the next day. They checked the furnace, determined what the problem was and they were able to fix it very quickly! They're also very affordable.

He cleaned everything and offered points for maintaining the unit. He ordered the required parts from the company and installed it as soon as he received.
